  Hey, guys. I have good news regarding the compatibility of the browser with Firefox 10.0 Record RealPlayer Plugin. It is corrected, two days ago but the technical support was not properly informed. If the download button still does not appear, I think I had to then open the folder Addons of Firefox, click on "extensions" and activate the Plugin extension by simply clicking on the 'Activate' button which should now be available.   Real Player download all videos in mp4, it depends on the video that you download.

  To me, it seems as Real Downloader download videos in mp4 more often rather than a flv. recent files.
  If the video you downloaded is a mp4 file you can still play it in another media player like Windows Media Player, but for me, most downloaded with Real Downloader mp4 files have no sound when played in Windows Media Player.
  As you probably know, you can buy Real Player Plus for read, trim or convert mp4 files in RealPlayer. If my guess is that it's way to Real to get people to buy Real Player Plus. Or maybe not, I had this same problem and I don't know what the cause is at the present time.

  It is unlikely that RealPlayer is keep a copy separate from your photos. It is probably just reference your pictures folder. In this case, you can just uninstall RealPlayer.

  Everything you deleted must be in your Recycle Bin unless you have emptied. If this isn't the case, you can try this program freehttp://www.filehippo.com/download_recuva . The chances of getting them back are reduced more you use your computer.

  You should keep a copy of your data on an external hard drive. What would you do if your computer crashed or was stolen?

  Have solved this problem. After the download, Real Player offers to convert. The options do not include the "rocket" [I wonder why!] but does not include a set custom, so I created a choice .wmv and .wma for the final format. Then I converted the files into the folder my videos. Use the Sansa Media Converter and the job done! Problem is now that the Sansa has chosen to delete some of my music library in the process. At first, I thought that this need of space - but it didn't. So resolved and a new approach.
