Why should I "print" a document that is already in Adobe PDFs to OCR it?

If I just open the PDF document, we receive, when I try to just OCR, he jumps through all the pages very quickly and is actually not OCR anything.  It will only OCR if I "print to PDF" and save.  The problem is that when I print in PDF to OCR, I lose all bookmarks in the document.  Any ideas as to why this is happening?

  • Printing of documents that contain the letter and legal-size pages - Laserjet 600 M602

We have a printer Laserjet 600 M602, that does not automatically select a tray to print every time someone tries to print a document that contains the letter so many pages of legal size.  The default printer for the Tray 1 (Manual power) and the user will have to walk over to the printer and the printer to select the correct tray.  I went in the printers settings via the web interface and I set the tray settings to the following: Tray 1 - any Type of Size/Any, bin 2 - letter/plain, plateau 3 - legal/Plain and it still does not print correctly.  Unfortunately for the printer settings, it was on that I'm comfortable doing.  I read the print driver may have changed, but we use the driver included with the disc and I guess that it would be sufficient that this driver.  Does anyone know of some setting that I might be able to change the printer or if it is indeed a print driver problem?  Any comments would be appreciated.

    Thank you

I was able to receive help this morning from HP support.  He turns out, there were two things that I needed to change.  The first is that when printing from a pdf file, there is an option in the print area for "Choose paper according to the size of PDF page source" and the second thing, it was with the printer printing preferences.  In the printing preferences, under the "Printing shortcuts" tab, the paper Type has been set to Prepunched.  We changed this Unspecified.  After making these two changes, the user is able to print correctly in the printer.

How can I change the font size for my entry on a document that has already been signed? It seems that Adobe will not allow this. Thank you.

    Hi jonathanh19241035 ,

I would like to inform when, once the document is signed and then after that it does not to exchange with the font size if it's signatures is the digital signature.

If its use fill & sign and then using the add-on Acrobat the size of the font of the entry can be change.

Also, this can be done in Acrobat Pro not in the drive.

Can I use Adobe Reader DC to insert bookmarks and hyperlinks in documents that have been scanned in pdf?

    Hello

I'm sorry, but you can't add bookmarks and hyperlinks to PDF using CD player. It isn't the apt software to carry out the Assembly.

You will need Acrobat to perform this function.

    Hello

You can cancel a transaction that has been sent.

Connect to your E-sign account and click on the tab manage and then select the operation with a single click, click on the button "Cancel" (top-right). You can then send a new transaction with your corrected document.

  • 8600 premium print and then gives the error message that it cannot print the document that it just printed.

It isn't really a problem, just a nuisance.

Last week I printed several documents from PDF files and print documents.  Once printing has been completed, an error message would be displayed on my laptop that the printer cannot print the document.  I've ignored the warnings and continued, and then the printer would print the document again.  I found that if I clicked on the error message, printing in double stop.

Since then, whenever I don't print from any program (MS Office, Firefox, Chrome, IE, etc), I still get the same message if the end of the print document.

Just a nuisance, but if I forgot to point out the error, the doc print again without error message after the second printiing...

    Hello DRS1966,

Yes, I can understand the frustration of getting an error once printed of your document. I'm glad that's not interfering with your documents but would like to try and get rid of it. Please run the HP Print and Scan Doctor- designed by HP to provide users with troubleshooting and problem-solving features needed to solve many common problems encountered with HP print and scan products related to Windows computers.

Please let me know if it detects errors, or that it cures the problem. I'll watch for your reply.

  • Print a document that has been transferred to a Web site using InDesign, "published online".

I try to print a document uploaded to a Web site using InDesign "publish online. Because it's in spreads, it starts the left side of the print of the extreme-right page, leaving a strip of 5 "on the left. Someone at - it a quick way (it's the zero lock) solution? In addition, the only way to print is by right clicking in the margin - is there a more elegant solution?

In the next version of InDesign (premiere at MAX and due at the end of the year) publishes online will be greatly improved. Publishers can leave readers to download a PDF file that can be printed.

  • How to make a correction to a document that has already been sent for electronic signature?

I thought I posted this question this morning but I do not see in the forum so I post again.  I apologize if it appears twice.

For example, let's say I have a 40 page document that I need someone to sign. I spend 15 minutes to add all the fields 'Sign up here' and 'initial here' to the document Echosign.

Then I send the document for signature.

The recipient says, "looks like you missed a place where I initials on the document."

It seems that the only way I know how to solve this problem now is:

    1. the vacuum in the active document

2 re - import the PDF from my computer into Echosign

3 spend another 15 minutes inserting all the 'initial here' and 'sign here' fields.

4 re - send the document so that it can sign

There must be a better way, right?  DocuSign says they have the ability of the sender of the document make a correction to an existing document and re-send-the-outside, and there is also a capacity of the signatory make corrections to the document (which should be signed by any other signatories later)

    Mike

ESign services do not red lining. The assumption is that final approved documents are used.

Indeed, if you are looking for an error which means cancels the contract you indeed cancel one remarkable and try again.

To avoid making the field do one of 2 things:

Download the document as a library template and allow the layers to form field.

If you need to restart, download the document again, but apply the layer previously created form field:

first under the dashboard allows you to add a library model

Check the option to create as layer of reusable form field

Download a document and add fields as needed.

When you upoad the identical or similar document, you can apply the layer of form field:

    https://helpx.Adobe.com/document-cloud/help/reusable-form-field-layer.html

or the source document with markup text labels:

    https://helpx.Adobe.com/document-cloud/help/adding-Esign-services-agreement-fields.html

This means that the form fields will be already part of the document before downloading to eSign services.

  • How to add bookmarks to a Word Perfect document that I imported into Adobe Acrobat?

I have to add bookmarks to a brief so that I can download it for filing in court.  It was created in Word Perfect 7 and I could use the publishing feature for import into Adobe PDF format, but I need to create a table of contents of bookmark.  I downloaded Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, but cannot see where the bookmark function is to do.

WP of Corel uses a process of 'make PDF' non Adobe. Therefore, Acrobat PDFMakeOr does not support Word Perfect.
With Acrobat is installed, the Adobe PDF virtual printer is available. A "file - print" WP can use this "printer" to print a PDF file as output.
So with WP you this that Corel provides. If you need more you must post-process the PDF & which means Acrobat eh.

  • range of HP printers. I want to delete printing a document that is in progress

I started printing something I want stop printing altogether.  I hit 'Cancel', but when I turned the printer back to print something else, the first document began to print again.  I don't know how to remove a printing process.

    Hello

Please cacel the queue as follows.

    Turn the printer off.

Then on your PC, on the desktop, hold down the Windows key and press R.  In the run window, type services.msc and press to enter.  Scroll down to the print spooler service, right click and select Properties, then click the Stop button.  Now search for C:\Windows\System32\Spool\PRINTERS, then delete the work inside this folder - you may need to click a command prompt to get the authority to open the PRINTERS folder.

Restart the computer and you should find that the documents have been deleted when you turn on the printer.

  • Why should I pay for applications that were free?

    MacBook Pro, end of 2015.

I downloaded applications iWork - Pages, Numbers, Keynote, free. I had to format my mac, and now when I go to download, they are $20 each.

Can I please get my apps back? I seriously need them and I don't have $60. I have found no help on the support page.

    Thank you

Hello, this is actually quite common and has happened on several occasions, most of the time that you just have to make sure that you use the same apple that you used when you obtained the mac ID. Apps should be free again.  Hope this helps - zerotwo77

  • How to print a document that is the size of the page instead of just a small part of it?

You must open the printer setting set the print margin and you must do so within the software you use to print. You can refer to the manual of your printer in layout and the printer.
