  Have you installed Hebrew language?

  Perform the following steps.

  1. go on the desktop. Press the Windows key + X to display the System menu , and then select Control Panel.

  2. Select Language. Click the add language button.

  3. in the list of languages, scroll and select Hebrew. Click theAdd button.

  4. in the languages window, select the Hebrew language. Click theOptions button. Click on the link download and install languages . The language pack will be downloaded and installed. This might take a few minutes, please be patient and wait for the window of finished product .

  5. If you want the main language to be Hebrew when you start the computer, select the Hebrew language and click the move up button until it is in the left position .

  6. the Language bar will be added to the Area of Notification on the task bar. You can click on this bar for switch of languages.

  Full language Multilingual User Interface (MUI) packs are not available for editing Windows 7 Pro to Windows. These language packs can be installed on Windows 7 Enterprise or Ultimate editions.

  Without diacritics/nikud signs a simple grep in a script works just fine:

  HOWEVER

  If there is nikud in Hebrew \w+ does not detect the words...

  I tried to use \X+ instead of \w+, but that still does not detect the closing} and continues until the NEXT occurrence

  You have probably installed the English version. If you are a CC subscriber, you can change your language settings and download the ME version.

  Depending on what you mean by "voice command", either:

  Settings / general / accessibility / VoiceOver / OFF, or

  Settings / Siri / OFF

  As for your use of the battery, you can check what app pulls most of its use in the settings / battery.  A new version of the app is sometimes problematic, not necessarily iOS or iPhone.  If you see a unusual % of use of a particular application, or force-to leave it removal/reinstalling it or remove it until an update comes.  If anything seems unusual, it might be a problematic installation of iOS, in which case, you could backup your iPhone and restore it:
