  I have a laptop HP ProBook 6560 b under Windows 7 (32 bit).

  To my knowledge, all the drivers are up to date.

  When recording audio, I need to be able to maintain the level of output (speakers / headphones) quite low while increasing the entry level (applications, Internet Explorer, Chrome...) so that the level is acceptable.

  When I try to raise the level of input device (up cursor), the output level automatically increases (gray online across all the sliders)...

  I don't want to listen to full volume just to get a level of acceptable record volume.

  Is it a kind of humorous function? It's less interest!

  If you increase your entry level while listening, it makes sense that your reading level will also increase - the input signal increases, so will the output resistance.

  You also have this problem with your old CPU?

  In my opinion, the problem is the new processor. Maybe your motherboard / CPU doesn't support and so the fan run always on the highest speed.
  If you just replace the CPU by yourself, it could be that you have used enough thermal grease.

  If you are each using the weather app (which is included in the framework of the iOS and watchOS), the following steps can help (followed by each of you):

  • On your iPhone, in the weather app:
    • If using anything other than the current location (which is included by default), make sure you have each added to a common location / city.
    • To add another location, select the icon «+»
  • On your iPhone, in the application of the watch, go to: My Watch (tab) > weather > default City > make sure you have each selected at the same location (for example: place of current residence or Mount Laurel).

    • Ensure that the location service is enabled;

  I guess that the fan runs constantly, because the CPU is working at a high rate. I rebooted several times but without any resolution systems. At the bottom of the computer is very hot at times so place the laptop on an object that allows good air circulation. This problem occurs intermittently every few weeks or more.   I just got a new A100. Its processor is a Centrino Duo.
  I am very surprised by the general noise of the machine. I had a front M30 including fan rarely provided on but on this new machine, the fan stops.
  I changed the power settings (proc low speed + low cooling method) but that doesn't change anything.
  The CPU is only 2 or 3% and I am working not all heavy duty applications, so this should not happen.
