  Hi all

  I have a problem of severe weather that I don't know how to fix it because I don't know exactly where it comes from.

  I order two RF switches via a data acquisition card (NI USB-6008). One job at the same time can be selected on each switch. Basically, the VI created for this feature (by a colleague) resets all the outputs of acquisition data and active then those desired. It has three entrances, two chain simp0le controls and a cluster table, that contains the list of all the outputs and some practical information to know what is connected (specific to my application).

  I use this VI in a complex application, and I have some problems with the execution time, which increased whenever I said the VI, so I did a test VI (TimeTesting.vi) to determine where the problem came. In this special VI I record the execution time in a csv file to analyze then with excel.

  After several tries, I found that if I run this criterion VI with the while loop, execution on every cycle time increases, but if I remove the while loop and use the funtionnality "Continuous run", the execution time remains the same. In my high level application, I have while loops and events, and so the runtime increases too.

  I someone could explain to me why execution time increases and how can we avoid this? I have attached my VI test and the necessary subVIs, as well as an image of a graph that shows the execution time with a while loop and «run permanently»

  Your SetReset_DO VI creates a channel whenever it is called.  And that you never delete a task.

  When running continuously, that it's as if it only runs once and LabVIEW has internal mechanisms to close references that will not be used again.  When a VI is used as a Subvi, LV does not know if she will be called again, and lacks these things until the first level VI stops. You have a memory leak.

  Just as you open and close your file outside the loop for, create your channel out of the loop.

  Perhaps because Acrobat 8 is not compatible with Windows 7 or 10.

  Is it possible to give the user an option to copy the text entered in certain areas to other areas in the same PDF? I want to do it is because I have the user fill in several fields of address (address, city, State, zip) and I have another section to ask a physical address (address, city, State, zip). I would like to users the ability to click on a button (?) to automically fill in the fields of physical address if the address is the same.

  Here's a line of code that copies the text from the text field to the other. You can use it in the mouse event to the top of a button and add as many lines as required:

  // Copy value of one field to another
  getField("text2").value = getField("text1").valueAsString;
  

  Replace "text2" and "text1" with real field names that you use.

  If I click on the same pdf once again, after that it is already open, it seems to sense that it is already open and does not open it again in a second window.

  Your iPod is synchronized or be managed manually? If you sync game should update the counts. In iTunes > Preferences > Store you have given reading synchronized between compatible devices?

  It's a delicate issue... like some patches cannot stipulate pitchbend...

  But to quickly test your pitchbend wheel actually works properly...

  You need Adobe raw camera 8.7 version. Unfortunately your software is earlier than the camera. ACR 8.7 is only compatible with PSE13. But it is possible to download and install the free DNG Converter to convert your raw files to the universal Raw format files and Adobe will be open in all versions of PSE (keep your originals as backups and for use in the software of the camera factory)

  The problem seems to have been using the old profile. Not only it has resulted in access to messages becomes incredibly slow, some of the meu options stopped working completely (e.g. tools / address book, help / about).

  After a discussion on the Linux Mint support forum http://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?f=47 & t = 195264 & sid = b8b72a18e053f2f03dfe0e11cf21a59e I created a new profile and solved the problem.

  I managed to install the deployments of work to the target machines. However, I expected to see the classified facility "My TestStand system" in my Start menu, but it is not. Am I misunderstanding something here?

  Also, if I do another target second deployment to the station as "My TestStand system B", all LabVIEW files in my previous installation for "My system TestStand" disappear from the directory (c:\Program Files\My TestStand system) target.

  I use TestStand Professional 4.2.1 on Windows XP and LabVIEW 2009 development station.

  That solved my second problem and inspired me to look deeper for the response to my first problem. The answer lies in the tab 'distributed file","Installer properties' box 'create a program item:

  

  Wouldn't be nice if it is automatically checked by default for main sequence files? Wouldn't also nice if "Upgrade Code" was regenerated automatically by default whenever we have saved the file *.tsd under another name?
