  I don't think that's the problem. I solved the problem by using an earlier version, while the youngest is not corrected.

  To install an older version I do the following:
  1. open a creative cloud application
  2. in front of 'Find Apps more' I click on "Applications" and change to "show other version."
  3. I have local "Photoshop" and I click on the 'Install' button and chose an older version, in my case, I prefer "CC (2014).
  4. wait for install and now I work normally.

  3. Right-click on the Temp folder and then Properties - Security tab - Advanced button.
  4. Click the button Change Permissions .
  5. Remove all permissions.
  6. Select the entry for your username, then click on Edit .
     • Include the permissions that can be inherited from the parent of this object.
     • Replace all permissions of child object with permissions inheritable of this object.
  7. Click on OK .
