  I discovered that prevented a few images to display in IE 11, while other images show. The culprit was Adblock Plus for Internet Explorer. Once, I disabled the software Adblock Plus missing images showed once again. Interestingly, I discovered that I could cause the same effect in other browsers using Adblock software. There is either a bug in the software of Adblock, or fluid network of Adobe system, which caused some legitimate images should be blocked. Whatever it is, they do not play well together right now. All images are stored on the same domain, and none of them related off site, so it's pretty weird that they have been blocked...

  Anyway, the mystery is solved! I know people like to see a conclusion to these things as much as possible, so I'll mark this as resolved issue.

  I'm a link FM books to my HR project.  With the help of FrameSLT, conditionalized my graphics (contained in an anchored frame) on FM so that they are not displayed.  It works very well on FM: there is no image and no image is anchored.

  I downloaded and installed lightroom CC 2015 for Windows trial version. When in library mode, I can see previews of all files and file types. When I click on develop I get the Preview on the left side, but the main editing window does not display the image, just a blue rectangle with an 'X' through it. If I hit the after option and then the front image appears and the image after is the same blue box with a "X".   In this case, I declared a variable var1 in the upper part of the main model.
  I also said variable var2 in the subtemplate.
  
  In the subtemplate, I added this command:

  var2 always displays normally.
  var1 is always null (RC = NaN when I pass it as a parameter to the submodel)

  Actually Yes!

  I'm not familiar with fuse, but I found the action online of your third image (in the main timeline) questionable, and a quick search lead me to try "portfolio._brightness = 0;" in first line (and I put comment out the original line) worked.

  My quess is that any model or original file, you've been modifing/setting used a kind of color - fade in at this time, and you have broken somehow it.

  For me, everything looks okay without it, but you let me know if you need more conjecture to me.
