  The SWF works! and the xml data are read and displayed correctly. I always get an error when you try to view the slideshow.xml in the browser even with the changes.

  I think that the happy ending is the result of several things:
  1 make the changes suggested by GWD and
  2 pointing the domain to the appropriate folder. For some reason, the hosting server was not pointing to the folder to which I had originally put in it. Then, I changed it. But the change doesn't take effect for some reason any. In any case, after further investigation, I got the domain pointing to the appropriate subfolder and the swf file is working now.

  Suppose that I'm leaving WinXP hostOS a guestOS. Then a part of this guestOS remain in physical memory and another part is deployed on hard drive in the swap file resp swap partition.

  Perhaps only a *.vmdk 800 MB / 3GB is really responsible. But these 800 MB could be extended to 2 GB, because the content of these 800 MB is not compressed during load or guestOS drivers allocate additional memory.

  Open the Task Manager and find a task vmware - vmx.exe or vmware-vmx - debug.exe.

  The swap file should be used if you have chosen to allow that VMware Workstation is authorized to Exchange. The file where swaps to door expansion .vmem Workstation. Search folder of comments.

• Move the physical hard disks to new server

  First of all, before I have offend anyone wrong, yes there is a back-up. The "Extend reasons" why would I be willing to do this style of rough house upgrade are given below

  I have moved the physical hard disks (6 discs in the 0 + 1 array) in a HP Proliant ML350 G6 low for HP DL360 G5.

Ideally the SBS 2008 will be migrated from the temporary server on the production server with sizes of block appropriate for larger volumes. The intensity of the current SBS has VMware unrelated corruption that would also give reason why we do not want the original charge on the new drives in the production box.

  It is also an Exchange Server which is critical for the company, I can't bring down the server for more information, then 1 hour without impact 7 x 24.

  The Back-up exists but isn't something suitable like a Veeam but is Microsoft Backup to disk iSCSI

  Hi, what I would say to access this server esxi through DCUI and access network configuration. If you can't see the network cards then you can also assign IP address from there for the management and you can also select NIC, you want only for management purposes.

  When I delete my MP3 player podcasts, where are they going? My disk space decreases rapidly, and I think that its deleted files accumulate somewhere I used the disk clean up etc and spent days with running Disk Defragmenter. Rid of old programs. Now I think that its old deleted files from my MP3 (1 GB of Archos vision) podcast. They do not appear in the Recycle Bin. A search of old files has not unearthed them either.
  All ideas welcome - if not buy the new laptop and keep an old for downloads of iTunes/podcast.

  When on the network, I can access the host server and all other virtual servers (virtualized with virtualbox). But when I connect with VPN I have no access to the main server, but I have access to any of the host servers - and I can get access to the main server of one of the host servers.

  Welcome to the Forums - it's sounds as if you try to set up virtual offices - the best solution for this iwould be VMware view, but given that it looks like you have the requirement that the hosting server will also be used by a user who won't work - you'll need to use a hosted product like VMware Server, which will be ontop of the user operating system uses one you would be able to create virtual machines which can then be viewed by other users via RDP you Office - the only downside is to ensure that the server hosting the virtual machines is quite powerful enough and has enough memory to support the load of the VMS and the shape of the workload of the user using this machine.
