  I placed a vertical menu inside an Accordion widget. I've linked the elements of vertical menu to page anchors. The page scrolls to the appropriate area, but does not close the menu accordion. If I have a link to the vertical menu with new pages to push it to a new page, but not if I use anchors on the page.

  I suggest you use the composition and Insert menu in container with skin defined target as the hover out of the container. This will hide the container target composition on the scroll of the page.

  I use the vertical menu widget and want to come the submenu on the left of the parent element. Muse offers the choice of submenu from the right. Is there a cheat to sort that someone knows? If this is not the case, is there a widget out there that would allow me to do.

• Change the drop down menus on the vertical menu items

  Did I modify the vertical menu widget for submenu items 'push' or overlap the top-level menu items?  I've tried every way I can think to change the submenu item button to appear anywhere else accept on the right side, but without success.  I would like have the submenu 'push' elements or overlap in being consulted on breakpoints mobile device - hence the need for the vertical menu widgit.

  Instead of using a menu, you can get that using a widget Accordion with links or menus manual in the content areas of the accordion.

• Mobile vertical menu problem

  When I drag and drop the vertical menu widget, it's showing only "home".

  It should provide more links in the menu, even with the horizontal.

  I hope someone can provide a simple solution that I couldn't get on mine.

  Please select the menu widget in design mode and go to option, select all the pages in the menu type. This should solve the problem.

• Behavior of vertical menu problem

  I'm having a problem with the vertical menu widget. The problem appears in ios6 but not in Chrome or IE 8, etc. 9. I don't have Mac or Firefox. The menu item at the top opens a new page.  On ios6 the top menu item will not open the target page, rather stay on the current page. If I hold the menu item, the ios6 dialog box opens asking if I want to open the item in a new tab, if I select the new tab opens to the right page. All other menu items work as expected.   Hi Dan,.

  Thanks for letting us know about this. The problem seems to be that the first item in menu at one point seems to have had a submenu, and Muse consider always for that, even if it has been deleted. This can happen when you were first of all the menu or at some point in the process you may click on to add a submenu by accident or something. Workaround to solve the problem at the moment is too add an another top level item to your menu (after which you can remove this item). We will work on getting this fixed number for a future version, so this does not happen to you.

  Design of DW interface does not each class possible.  If so, it would be too unruly to work with.  You should be familiar with anything that contains bootstrap information and use your own codes to achieve what you want.  For vertical nav, look up the Bootstrap Nav-pills with the nav-Stack class.

  Via the live chat, I got a useful tip... This has to do with the Organization of child pages in the tree. I had put them vertically on the relevant page (I wanted a submenu vertical). I had to put the child pages horizontally under the relevant page... not really logical or intuitive, but it works!

  You can change the little black arrow to your own custom graphics which can bring more attention that the submenu is there.

  I mostly used the horizontal menu widget that, once drag you to the page, it seems based on the small sample image in the widget window but that vertical does everything just for me!  I drag out and all I see is a menu item is "home" and no more.  As I edit, it just does all the weird stuff but does not work as a menu should or as horizontal with such ease.

  I looked at you tube videos to help me with a mobile site and when they hang out outside, it seems.

  OK, I see the problem... it's because I have only 1 page - duh!

  For this site, you will see the menu standard folding accordion style in the upper part. When you open this, you can click on the menu items, to display items of submenu directly below. The SUP menu items are folding, as well as the menu accordion set. How do I do that in Muse? It seems so simple, but I'm not able to place a vertical accordion menu into an another menu accordion.

  Please let me know if someone has an idea how to address this issue. I really hope that this is possible.
