  Recently, I bought a new camera Olympus XZ-1. I shoot exclusively RAW images (for this camera raw files are called .orf).   I do not often use the DNG Converter. But I think that if you are inside the DNG converter workspace that you have to work at the folder level, don't wait do not see raw files. Another way to try to convert is to use Windows Explorer to navigate to your raw files and drag one or more of them on the icon for the DNG Converter. This is how I often used it in the past.
