Windows 10 don't acknowledge/accept my password wifi router

I just bought a brand new Toshiba Satellite L75-C7250 w/Win10. I can access the internet on a secure or hot spot network, but I can't connect to my wireless router. All my other devices properly login information. I tried every 'difficulty' of the internet, and it still does not recognize or accept my password. I've updated all the drivers, disabled all firewalls and antivirus software (even removed the McAfee that came on the machine). I unplugged / reset the modem and the router. Any new ideas out there?

I have the serial number and win it 10 OS installation disc, you can try with a new clean install

recently I reset my wifi network id and password.  After this "implementation of windows remote desktop 8" keeps poping up asking wifi password. It happens like every five seconds when I'm connected to the internet. After you enter the password and click ok, it happens again! Hi Jing,

Thanks for posting your query in Microsoft Community.

I imagine the inconvenience you encounter with guests Remote Office for password. I will certainly help you in this matter.

Sometimes, this problem occurs if you don't have a password set for your local administrative user account. To set a password, you can press the key combination CTRL + ALT + DELETE on the screen, click change password, type and confirm the password.

Login again and try to enter the WiFi password. Check if the number is reproduced.

Alternatively, if you do use Remote Desktop, you can try to disable the remote desktop in system properties and check if it helps.

    1. Press Windows key + R.
    2. In the Run dialog box, type SystemPropertiesRemote.exe , and then press ENTER.
    3. Unlike what allows the connection, select don't allow connections to this computer remotely.
    4. Click OK.

NOTE: You can always activate the setting by clicking on the option allow in step 3.

  • The ultimate windows vista system will not accept my password

I would appreciate insight into what, if anything can be done at this stage.  I have not forgotten my password, but the connection does not accept it.  This laptop contains my info from the company.  Nobody else uses it. I'm in deep squat.  The only answer I have rec would support technical (this unit is less than one year and is under warranty) is that all memory has been the subject and the system rebooted from scratch.  If this is true, it's a ridiculous Vista oversite/glitch.  Someone at - it an idea?  Thanks in advance.

    Joseph,
    Thanks for your comments.
I took the camera to Best Buy and has been remedied in 10 minutes. Through the use of a program that removes the password and allows sign-in normal.  For those of you who read this forum, I suggest strongly two things, first of all, do not use a password.  The Vista program locks after three attempts, and the restart process has no positive effect.  Then call the GS at Best Buy and talk about cure.  The rate was of $29,95 and work is guaranteed.  Technical support Dell cited $129.95 and could offer no warranty on their work.

    Thank you.

  • Windows Vista does not accept my password (unchanged) but I have no recovery disk - Windows is already installed

    Hello

As the title says after using my laptop without any previous problems, suddenly I can not connect on Windows Vista.

I'm 100% sure that the password has not been changed, caps lock, shift, caps lock Num etc is not active.

When I bought the laptop, Vista was already installed, so I don't have a recovery disk.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello

Microsoft prohibits any help given in these Forums for you help bypass or "crack" passwords lost or forgotten.

    This is the Information from Microsoft on the problems of passwords;

You will need to borrow a Microsoft DVD from a friend, Recovery DVD a manufacturer without these special work options available.

If you are unable to connect to Windows 7 or Windows Vista, you can use the Windows Vista System Restore feature, or the Windows 7 system restore feature.

You may be unable to connect to Windows Vista or Windows 7 in the following scenarios:

    • Scenario 1: You recently set a new password for the protected administrator account. However, you don't remember the password.
    • Scenario 2: You type the correct password. However, Windows Vista or Windows 7 does not accept the password because the system is damaged.
    • Scenario 3: You delete a protected administrator account. Now, you cannot connect to another administrator account.
    • Scenario 4: You change an administrator account protected with a standard user account. Now, you cannot connect to another administrator account.

If the above does not fix it:

Here are the different methods to reinstall Vista.

There is no Windows Vista downloads available from Microsoft.

You can contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of recovery disks.

They should do this for a small fee.

To reinstall Vista using their recovery disk/s, you start from the 1st recovery disk they provide and follow the manufacturer's instructions to reinstall:

You need to change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order:

How to change the Boot order in BIOS:

"How to replace Microsoft software or hardware, order service packs and replace product manuals.

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/326246

And if you have never received a recovery disk when you bought your computer, there should be a recovery Partition on the hard drive to reinstall Vista on how you purchased your computer.

The recovery process can be started by pressing a particular combination of the key or keys at startup. (Power on / start)

    Maybe it's F10, F11, Alt + F10, etc., depending on the manufacturer.

Ask them to the proper key sequence.

Some manufacturers have more available Vista recovery disks.

If this happens, you may need to try this instead:

You can also borrow and use a Microsoft Vista DVD, which contains the files for the different editions of Vista (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business and Ultimate) must be installed. The product key on your computer / Laptop box determines what Edition is installed.

Other manufacturers recovery DVDs are should not be used for this purpose.

And you need to know the version of 'bit' for Vista, as 32-bit and 64-bit editions come on different DVDs

  • Laptop does not accept the password after Windows update

Last Thursday my computer set up regular updates as usual.  When I restarted the computer, it cannot accept my password to complete the start-up operation.  I checked that I had the correct password and caps was off.  Now cannot access the laptop at all.  It is configured with Windows Vista, is a computer dell laptop and I bought it at the beginning of 2009. It seems that I never put a password reset disk and I don't have the original installation disc of vista with me - it all happened to be loaded.  Tips to get again access my laptop?
