  If so, maybe the following could explain why:

  If you have the following AV, antivirus, programs installed, close your Windows Defender. Purpose of these AVs have their own advocates. 2 defenders on the same machine will create conflicts.

  When I click on the sound icon in the lower right of the screen and select "Mix" THERE IS NO MIC CONTROL!

  Thanks for your attempt to solve my problem.

  After nealy 3 hours to dig my laptop to get answers, I literally stumbled upon the answer to my question.

  I downloaded all available sound updates and inside the last of them was control of the microphone.

  A little tweaking and everything was back to an assembled recording device.

  But anyway, I installed windows 7 on it because I prefer that the OS and all worked well. The only thing that didn't work was bluetooth.

  I installed all the drivers from the CD that I had and here is the printscreen after I installed all the drivers, everything seems to be 'OK' according to this list:

  So, how to manage start this bluetooth? I already tried with system32 files, the fsquirt.exe and everything, nothing works.

  On your acer.com website, you have only drivers for windows 8... I think it's a little unfair. There are still many users who prefer win 7 and there should be drivers for win 7 also as well. Could you please give me the download link for the windows 7 drivers bluetooth version?

  It is said that, by not giving the drivers for win 7, you're basically forcing people to run win8 so that this laptop works 100%.

  Anyway, if there is anything I can do for this laptop run on win 7 and still get the bluetooth works, then Im happy. At least my old acer (4810 t timelinex) had activation bluetooth on Fn + F3 key (same location where you can turn on wifi). The new V5 he had done the same thing... There should be some sort of grahpical UI (GUI)

• Windows Vista not working anymore... need help!

  My Windows Vista simply stopped working. I have a Windows recovery disc and a Kapersky rescue disc. After having used both drives that will not repair the Windows Vista, boot into safe or anything else. All I get is a blank black screen with mouse control. Toshiba A205 came with an OS disk. I made a recovery disk, but it does not work... any help with me to enter online would be appreciated... thnaks

  What are your system specs? FO3 will run on Win7 with compatibility for spe SP or sp1 for Vista.
