  I have a little problem with my Portege M400 Tablet PC. The laptop runs great most of the time.   Timox is right: the RAID driver must be added during the installation of Windows XP.
  During installation, you will be asked to add 3rd third-party drivers. As I m not wrong not you must press F6 to add the RAID driver.

  Why these RAID drivers are not good for you? Windows XP requires RAID drivers if your laptop is RAID controller and there is no other choice to install XP from a normal Windows XP disc. Then download the RAID drivers on the official website of Toshiba. Either you create a new installation with the RAID drivers disc using nLite freeware tool or you copy the drivers on an external USB FDD and load them during the installation of XP.

When I received it, all the manuals were in German, but the operating system and the programs were in English when I turned it on.   I think that in this case you must go to an ASP. I put t see another solution for this problem because I think the ROM module has to be reflashed or the card mother completely must be replaced.
