  I use a mac with PhotoShop CC and have experienced a problem during the recording of pictures once I've retouched in Photoshop. If I open a RAW or DNG file in camera RAW, or a TIF or JPG created in Lightroom in Photo and then change the file, everything looks OK.   The camera you have is compatible with the latest version of Lightroom, which is Lightroom 6/CC.

  Please see the list of the camera supported by Lightroom: supported by Adobe Camera Raw devices

  You can use the DNG Converter, converts images and then import them into DNG in Lightroom.

  It doesn't look like Camera Raw 9.1 is compatible with Photoshop elements 13. But you can download the 9.1 DNG Converter and create DNG copies that work with Photoshop Elements.

  I have this problem on my own.  Do NOT access through dfs.  Go directly to the server.  In our case, \\harry.com\AR\invoices won't work not, but \\Apollo\AR\invoices doesn't.  It's as simple as that.

  Can you confirm if spoolsv.exe is located in C:\windows\system32... If this is not the case, try to recover the file "C:\WINDOWS\ServicePackFiles\i386".  I assume that your say is installed in C:\windows.
