  Yes the disks you did will be reinstall W7, disc 1 is bootable, then put it in the drive and restart the PC, when you see the Dell logo ESC key several times, then select your boot (cd-dvd-rom) device, it should now boot from disc 1 and start the recovery process, it is a long process, so be patient and don't do anything unless otherwise , it will restart on its own several times, do not interrupt the process.

  If the problem persists, follow the steps mentioned below and the Coachman.

  Step 1:

  All first please confirm that you have logged on to an account with administrative privileges.

  To connect to the administrator account

  a. Click Start, right click on computer, then click on manage.

  b. expand local users and groups, and then click the users folder.

  c. right-click on the connection of the administrator, and then click Properties, and then remove that checking the account is disabled.

  OK, for starters, I had Crysis installed on my system before but had to reinstall Windows and now nothing does, not even Fallout 3 GOTY Edition on my system, I have more then qualify for a game but I am still having problems.

  Thank you.  I'll do it and change my Windows Update settings.  BUT, FYI, in an act even more incredible, the same night I posted my question here, my computer was said upload, and I was still in place at 03:00 (when Windows is set to d/l and install updates).  I went to the kitchen for a bit and returned to my computer to find a countdown - he downloaded updates and "will re-start in 7 minutes" or so and counting down...   My computer is an emachine T5086.  It has Windows Vista Home Premium and when loading drivers they stop loading at "windows32 drivers/crcdisk sys. I don't know what that means.
