  This issue is resolved. Skype is not supported for Linux users, and so the cat live does not work for Linux workstations. I reluctantly had to start my Windows PC that I use for such an occasion and here's, live chat is available.

  > When you use your Linux desktop, the site will not accept to live cats.

  > When you use a Windows desktop computer, the site will accept live cats.

  It wasn't a specific problem to Skype, it's a specific problem of the account. I was able to receive assistance from live chat agent who has been most helpful after 20 minutes to dig why we couldn't change my email address.

  @Skype, please consider the dot TLD (Top Level Domain) (.email) valid email, because it is valid. It is similar to .com .net .org etc (E-MAIL OF DOT).

• Windows XP cd key entered is not valid

  I am currently borrow my dads laptop until we get a desktop computer at home.

  Unfortunately, I downloaded a virus the other day so have formatted the hard drive and now trying to reinstall Windows XP.

  Unfortunately when asked for the product key, I'm in that off the coast of the sticker on the bottom of the laptop but its saying that I entered the CD key is not valid.

  Help!

  1. Click Start, point to programs, point to Accessories, point to System Toolsand then click Activate Windows.

     Or, click on the Activation of Windows icon in the notification area.

  2. Click on Yes, I want to telephone a customer the service representative to active windows now.
  3. -Click read the Windows Product Activation Privacy
     Statement, click new, and then click Next.
  4. Follow the steps in the Activate Windows by phone dialog box, and then click Next.

     Note The number appears now and differs based on the location you select.

  5. When activation is completed and you receive the following message appears, click OK.
     You have activated your copy of Windows.
