Windows 7 is more validated
My copy of Windows 7 Professional is valid, but now I get a message that is not. I recently reloaded the OS due to a problem that couldn't be solved otherwise. I use the OS reloaded in the months preceding this validation error message started appearing.
How can I fix it?

You buy a genuine Windows 7 license. The copy of Windows 7 Professional, you have installed is an OEM SLP license that should only be preloaded with a new PC. You seem to have installed a copy of Windows 7 Professional that uses an activation exploit that bypasses the product activation.
We know that it is because the BIOS date:
20070524000000.000000 + 000
Windows 7 was released in 2009, the date of your BIOS says 2007, which means probably that your system is provided with Windows Vista or Windows XP.
In addition, it is a Windows 7 well known professional license which has been used all over the web:
Windows product key: *-* - M3DJT - 4J3WC-733WD
Do a search on the web.
Thus, you must either charge your version of Windows that came on your computer (Vista or XP) or consider purchasing a license of Windows 7 genuine.

Hi Traci,
(1) how long have you been faced with this problem?
(2) is this problem limited only to Windows Media Player (WMP)?

Go to step two - two OptionsExcerpt:
If the automated Service is unsuccessful
(A) if the activation service informs you that she has failed and cannot help with activation, then STAY ON THE LINE and your call will be transferred to an operator of activation which will help you to activate your copy of Vista. The operator will give you all the numbers to ID of Confirmation if they accept that your copy of Vista is legitimate.
NOTE: The operator just explain your situation and what you did to require activation. (EX: hardware upgrade, installed Vista on a new computer after uninstalling it from the old one, etc...) -
Windows 7 is more authentic after 2 months.
Long story short: my Windows 7 is more real after 2 months of use. I bought the computer from a recognized seller and this seems to have not been a problem. Windows Update has always worked and has always passed verification for all the MS downloads.
Aside: About 1 month ago, I updated the current HARD disk to a DDI and copied the entire cross and abandoned the HARD drive. Everything worked very well (updates and all) until the day or 2 ago.
I browsed the forums and tried to make sense of the MGADiag but nothing helped.
Any idea?Diagnostic report (1.9.0027.0):

seems to me that you have bought from a crooked salesman.you have an Acer OEM SLP key on a motherboard retail. An OEM SLP key should communicate with slic table specific manufacturer yourself is to activate it. A motherboard retail is not a slic table. (this key works only on a win 7 compatible motherboard Acer.)You can buy a genuine windows.OEM SLP: This key comes pre-installed in Windows, when it comes to the factory. This key is designed to work with the special instructions isn't on the hardware of this manufacturer. Then, when Windows was installed using the OEM SLP (in factory) Windows 7 key leans on the motherboard and he sees special instructions and activates. -

I could save it if you tell me where to download or just on Youtube if you want to.
It is possible that there is a problem with the sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak files in the Firefox profile folder.
Delete the sessionstore.js and sessionstore.bak files in the Firefox profile folder.
- Help > troubleshooting information > profile directory: opens showing the file
- http://KB.mozillazine.org/Profile_folder_-_Firefox
- http://KB.mozillazine.org/sessionstore.js
If you see files sessionstore-# .js with a number in the left part of the name as sessionstore - 1.js then delete those as well.
Delete sessionstore.js will cause App Tabs and groups of tabs and all tabs open to get lost, so you will need to create them again (take note or bookmarks).See:

Running under Windows 98 and more on virtual machines?
Hello
I am wandering how I would go about installing and running Windows 98 and more on a virtual machine, if that is at all possible. Also if it is possible what is the oldest that we can run on a virtual machine?
It's just for fun and I'm kind of feeling nostalgic lol. I am aware that the new and latest OS is Windows 10 I have and like you.
I am currently a student at CompTIA now and think practically I realize that the chances of ever falling on a user with Windows 98 are extremely low.
I saw a show called Winworld PC that I can have a look at. However, I also wanted to check to see if you guys have any other recommendations.
Thank you.

Windows 7 need more RAM for games that xp
Why some games need more RAN for windows 7, for example:
arkham asylum Batman needs 1 GB of RAM for windows xp and 2 GB for windows 7
The more you get on versions of Windows, the more RAM is required. There are a variety of reasons, but all simply, Vista and Windows 7 require more memory that make old versions of Windows. New technology requires more power.
The game itself shouldn't need more that about 500-600 MB of RAM, however, the specs say you should leave little memory RAM remains for tasks of Windows and other programs you may have running in the background (such as anti-virus, etc.)

I get a message "Windows failed the genuine validation...". Go online and set now and get genuine Windows. "I have a copy of Windows XP that I bought in the store. My computer came with Vista; When the hard drive crashed, I had the store install the copy of XP that I had bought earlier, instead of reinstalling Vista. Why I shouldn't "genuine Windows" already?
You have an installation made from a set of recovery discs Dell on a Hewlett-Packard machine.
This facility has NOT been made using appropriate media and it is likely that this is what is causing your problems.
Next time, the system displays as non-authentique try to use Update tool product key to make the real system-
Use the product key update tool - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-GB/windows/help/genuine/product-key to change the key for that which concerns your COA sticker, and then to restart and to publish a new report MGADiag we can confirm everything went well

Original title: data execution prevention-window Explorer error
Data execution prevention launches when I try to access the windows Explorer, and more particularly when I try to watch videos. So I tried to turn off DEP for windows Explorer. Now, I can access my videos, but they all have text on them that says video PHOTO, & www.jpg.com. I have not downloaded new software recently, so I don't know where it comes from. I ran my antivirus sofware and malwarebytes, and my system is to come clean. How can I remove this from my videos? Thank you!
This isn't how to diagnose and repair the DEP errors - especially not Windows Explorer DEP errors.
But 6 days of inactivity and a link to an article of a MSE = automatic response.

You can not run two anti-virus programs at the same time - they COME into conflict.
You must uninstall Avast or MSE.

I have two laptops, one which an XP license, and the other has a license of Vista. The HARD drive in the XP laptop died. I would like to take the laptop Vista HARD drive, put in the XP laptop, install XP on it (using the CD that came with the laptop XP) and use the HARD drive in computers (starting with Vista so I use the Vista laptop and boot with XP so I use the XP laptop). The licenses allow me to do it, or do I have to use only the Vista laptop HARD drive in the laptop with the Vista license as long as Vista is installed on the HARD drive?
Thank you!
original title: question about XP and Vista licensesHello
If you use the same hard drive, you can use Windows XP and Windows Vista on the same computer.
Reference:
Can I have multiple operating systems on my computer (multiboot)?
Install multiple operating systems (multiboot)

Alternatively, you can also buy a new hard drive and use it on the other computer with Windows XP operating system.
