Windows 8: language bar disappears from config to restart Access keys

Hello

I had this problem since the first preview release W8, hope they will return to normal over time, but it still isn't after the general provision.

Fact is that I use constantly 4 languages: English, Spanish, Japanese and French, need to move quickly from one to the other in my daily live.

It is:

  • particularly important now that Microsoft has included - the scale of the spelling system linked to the selected input language.
  • why we're able to configure hot keys for them (I use ALT + SHIFT + 1... 2...) 3 ... 4)

Now, the problem is that for some reason, I keep losing all but the general cycling a (ALT + SHIFT) and my second option (ALT + SHIFT + 2). I hope that surely there is a way around this problem, because well, that now my productivity becomes a serious blow by the need to configure these shortcuts whenever I start my computer...

Any tips?

Here is how I could solve the problem:

  • Language bar disappear and the Date is incorrect!

    Hello
A few days ago I'm dealing with a very annoying bug that is every time my pc due to the power station came out or it get disconnected from power source and then I open it again the Date and the time changes, changes of the year something really huge like 2048 or it get really low as 2004. And when this happens and I try to open any browser or any page I get connection error ssl which is if I didn't correct the date.
Another thing the language bar disappears most of the time even if I choose 'Anchored in the taskbar' option. and I found a temporary solution to this problem by choosing hidden then choosing anchored back and fixed it.

What could the case of this problem, please help!

Sound like you had a little power surge motherboard.

Your motherboad battery could be due to a replacement if this is an old motherboard. This battery controls the time, regardless of your operating system. If things are back to normal (exact time when you turn on the PC), the battery is still fine.

  • Language bar missing from the taskbar

My tongue is MIA. I have at least 5 languages installed and I followed all the directions and I checked the forums, but it is still missing! I find it very frustrating because I want to type in Japanese, and Farsi, and I need the toolbar to do this.

    This is the standard procedure:

If the language bar is not listed in the menu toolbars, you do not have many input languages installed on your computer. You must add other languages using region and language in Control Panel.

Follow the steps mentioned below to add an input language:

    1. open region and language by clicking on the Start button, click on the Control Panel, clicking clock, language, and region, click the region and language.
    2. click on the keyboards and languages tab and then click on change keyboards.
    3. under installed services, click Add.
    4. double-click on the language that you want to add, double-click keyboard, select the text services options you want to add and then click OK.

Q: I have added several languages (British English, simplified Chinese, Japanese), language bar still did not appear on the taskbar

If you don't see the language bar, right-click the taskbar, point to toolbars, and then click Language bar. For more information about the language bar, see the article below for more information:

Q: someone else has solved this problem by changing the settings for the language of 'hidden' bar "anchorage in the taskbar. Mine has never hidden, but I've changed and changed back--nothing happened! In fact, I know more actually never saw the language bar! Someone please help!

    Try the following:
    -Open the control panel

-Open the languages tab, click Details
-Go to advanced, make sure that the 2 boxes are unchecked (uncheck them if they are selected).
-Open the settings tab and click on the language bar
-Check the box: show the language bar on the desktop
    -Confirm with OK.

The language bar appears only if the profiles are two or several keyboard installed

To install a different keyboard layout, is in

You can click on 'Add' and select a profile keyboard, one, for example "French (Belgium)" or 'French (Canada)' and then click 'Apply' and the language bar is displayed next to your clock.

Otherwise, if you use a keyboard layout, the language bar disappears and is only used to change the layout of the keyboard.

    3: -.
To display the language bar (using Classic view in Control Panel):

    1. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click regional and
    Language options.

Missing on my laptop running windows 7, all the info displayed at the top of the home page. All headings, i. e. file, change the view etc. disappeared. There is no address bar. There is no "home button", the button refresh, etc.. My wife was using the machine when it happened, so I don't know what she was doing. How to restore these features?

most of the information has disappeared from the window - topics (file, publishing, display, etc.), address bar and navigation buttons

When all the toolbars are missing, you are probably in full screen view, press F11 to toggle mode full-screen, or you can move the cursor to the top of the screen.

If you make changes, you must be aware of what has changed and what it takes to use changed or missing features.

It is much more beyond these first 10 steps in the list, if you want to make Firefox more functional.

Toolbars and their contents have been rearranged and buttons have been merged dual-use, the net result is that I could see about 25% of what I had before and recorded about 10% of the area of the toolbar with great loss of functionality to hide things that might already be hidden and to create confusing buttons that already have keyboard shortcuts and don't need to be seen. The only good thing that has been ' Ctrl + / ' has been added to hide/show the modules bar that has not replaced the status bar.

    Hello

    • What were the changes made before the problem occurred?

    You can view these methods:

    Method 1:

I suggest you to start your computer in safe mode with network and check.

    http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Vista/start-your-computer-in-safe-mode

    Method 2:

Try the SFC scan on the computer in mode noraml.

SFC/scannow is a very useful command that you can use in any version of Windows. When the SFC (System File Checker) command is used with the/scannow switch, the tool analyzes all the important files of Windows on your computer and replace if necessary.

Missing and the corruption of the operating system (like many DLLs) files are probably the main cause of the major problems of Windows. In view of this, plus the fact that the SFC/scannow is completely automatic and very easy to use, the tool should be usually one of your top not troubleshooting.

  • tiles Windows 8 app has disappeared from the splash screen

My computer has forced a reboot for an update today and after I back in all the tiles from the app (weather, photos, applications purchased in-store, etc.) had disappeared from the start screen, with the exception of desktop computers and store.   Nothing seems to be disturbed in desktop mode this just seems to be the Win8 apps.   I didn't install anything (with the exception of windows updates).   How to bring back these tiles?

Windows key + X, select command (Admin) prompt and type sfc/scannow and return.  If it detects and repairs system files, run it again until no error.

  • Playback bar disappears from the slide content when browsing back to a question slide

My captivate project has the PlayBar disabled on quiz questions, which works very well.  However, if I move to the back of a quiz in a content slide, the PlayBar is gone (even if it is the first time I saw the content).  I tried to adjust the cpcmndshowplaybar to 1 on this content slide to see if it would work, but no luck.

I tried an empty project with a 1 x blade and question slides x 1 and I get the same bug, disappears from the play bar.

    Can anyone help?

Hi all, I made a workaround for the problem as follows:

    1 to edit > Preferences > Quiz > settings: I unchecked «hide PlayBar in Quiz»

    2. in the project > Skin Editor: I unchecked «hide PlayBar in Quiz»

    3. on skiing all the content, I executed a playback show advanced action cpCmdShowPlaybar with 1 bar

    4. in the Question pool, on all the content slides I executed a PlayBar hide advanced action cpCmdShowPlaybar with 0

That did the trick, it is not save time or probably not the right way to do it, but has solved the problem.

    Thank you
