I have a problem with my windows vista... Windows is blocking with all my games, and I need to restart the system, so I can enter again... I play a game for 5-6 minutes, then the computer crash, and I mean 1-2 seconds of audio, repeting to infinity... What should I do? I do not know and what bothers me...
I have another problem with the games, but the games on steam... I tried everything but no will... The games are block when I connect to servers... In my view, is from the windows...
If anyone knows where I could download an English pack for windows vista sp1 Home premium, because if I go on the control panel to change the language, it does nothing...

You are using a USB headset or microphone? You have an external hard drive connected to the system?
You may need to reinstall the DirectX drivers as well
I might also consider to create a new user and connecting under this new user and see if you have the same problems. It is possible that your user profile is damaged. If the new user does not any isuses, please visit the link below to fix a corrupted profile.

All of these games crashes & freezes after 3-5 Min & gimmea the screen black or white and everything happens while pluging adapter to recharge. When you use the battery, it crashes too, but it takes a long time. Some time, he said (the display driver not responding) & sometimes the screen black or white. The only way to recover the laptop is ALT + CTRL + DELETE and kill the game processes.
The only one that works such fine bit is Battlefield Bad Company 2. Then I change the DirectX (setting.ini) of car in DirectX9.
SP please any help on this matter. I think it's a video driver or a Windows 7 problem. And the specifications are:

In my opinion, you should check the cooling options in Windows power management. Make sure that it s set for maximum Performance. This means that your laptop will be cooled as much as possible.
I put t know how long you have this laptop already but maybe that cleaning is also an option.

I have problems with games crashing on my windows XP system (other programs seem ok). This is particularly evident with Company of Heroes, but occurs with other games as well (for example Dragon Age). Sometimes, the program quits just (with error); more often, I get the BSOD, or another complete system crashes. It didn't happen when the system is new (it might be 2 years old now), but it's happened for the last year or two.
Interestingly, if I do a reboot of my system just before play and then do not run other programs before you start the game, so I tend not not to have problems for the entire game session. If the computer has been running for awhile before you start the game, then I can reliable wait an accident at some point in the first 30 minutes or so. This suggests that the PSU or heat are not the problem here.
I wonder if my sound card is the culprit - a version of the value of the sound blaster audigy 2 and while the drivers are current, creative labs has not issued a new driver for this card in a few years now. Other drivers (video, bios, DX9, etc.) are completely up to date. I use a processor intel E6850 dual core chip + NVIDIA 8800GTS 512, btw.
Any idea would be appreciated.
Thanks for the suggestions. In the end, I realized that my BIOS has been on the side of old, so I've updated that and also updated the driver for the NVIDIA network, which was also old Bus Enumerator (I went through all the entries in looking for drivers device manager who had available updates when I used the update button the pilot).
I have not had an accident since.

d. in the details, click pane right mediacenterdatastore.db and then click on remove.
e. click Yes to confirm that you want to move the Mediacenterdatastore.db file to the trash.If the above fails, then I suggest lets you perform the cleanup start and check.

Told to ask Microsoft, Microsoft provides no support whatsoever, so I'm asking here.
