Windows defender does not load and cannot download Adobe flash player
I think I have a security problem with windows defender, because it does not load. In addition, a file I have download must have the permissions of the administrator to continue, which was also changed and I had checked him to ask permission. For this reason, I can't download adobe reader. It has an error that keeps coming back whenever I try to download it, and after I executed the file, he's just in a display type of backup file, where it was downloaded, but it will not work on the second stage, when you need the permission of an administrator. I has not yet come. Can someone tell me what to do?
"It is said that I need adobe flash player.
Download and run the Flash Player uninstaller program.

Then download and install Flash Player; After unchecking installing Chrome and Google toolbar option:

Windows 7 does not load and cannot be retrieved after update.
It occurs first, about 2-3 months ago. Update my Windows 7, he said: "Step 5 of 5", then reloaded, and... I saw a BIOS screen, when I chose Windows startup, he tries just to start and return to the BIOS screen as there is not any OS.
So, then I guess not that the problem lies in the update; I tried to recover Windows from my drive, but he says that the windows are different to my computer and my drive. So, reinstall Windows, the disk and after a few updates (I think that when it came to the last of them) all repeated. So I just reinstall Windows again and turn off the auto updates, since I don't have the time to fix the problem.
Everything works fine, until a few days ago I turn on automatic updates for it, and now I had the same problem. Fortunately, I have installed Linux on another hard drive, so I am currently using.
What technical information I give to get any help? It's a pretty annoing because the computer is less than 3 years.

Cannot download Adobe Flash Player on Windows 7 64 bit.
Cannot download Adobe Flash Player om my computer with Windows 7 64 bit. Can someone help me with this problem?
Even if you are a 64-bit machine 8 default IE should be 32-bit version. This is the version that runs on 64-bit computers by default. If you use this version, then the problems will disappear. As previously reported Adobe are still working on a version of Flash for 64 - bit.

Cannot download Adobe Flash Player version 11.o1.152. According to my programs, it shows that it is already downloaded. When I try to view video it says that I need new version. When I try to remove previous program or the new program download indicates close Service Manager and Internet Explorer. I closed Internet Explorer, but I can't find the Service Manager to close, all the solutions.

need help cannot download adobe flash player 10
cannot create the temporary file. Perhaps the hard drive is full? That's what I have whenever I try to download adobe flash player 10. What should I do?
According to system requirements for Flash Player 10, the minimum OS is Windows 2000, so it will not install on Windows 98.
Go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/, select Windows 98 / ME and download Flash Player 9.

It is not a 64-bit version of Flash Player (at least not yet). While IE8 64 bit is your default browser, Flash contentshould open in IE8 32 bit. If you know any page contained Flash (or dependent on one or more ActiveX controls), open an instance of IE8 32 bit to access the page.
IE64-bit is a "level 2" browser Flash and ActiveX controls are supported in browsers 'level 1' (e.g., IE 32 bits). Seelevels of browser support on this somewhat linked page: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc263526.aspx#section2

Then...
Make sure IE8 32-bit is the default open. When you right-click on the icons of IE in the quick launch area, the Start Menu and the desktop, then click Properties, which is in the target field?
(From a previous post by Peter Csaszar... version)
Targets should be either:
IE8 32 bit "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe"
IE8 64-bit "C:\Program may Explorer\iexplore.exe"Change these objectives to be "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Internet ' (including the quotes) and IE8 32 bit should open by default
To create a shortcut to IE8 64 bit for occasional use, navigate to the file iexplore.exe inC:\Program may Explorer\iexplore.exe. Right-click iexplore.exe , and then select send to. Desktop (create shortcut). Rename this shortcut so that you know this is the shortcut for IE8 64 bit.
To make sure IE8 32-bit is the default, try this link http://www.Microsoft.com. When the browser opens lookhelp | About Internet Explorer. If there is no mention of 64-bit, 32-bit is the default value. If you have disabled the Menu bar, you will need to right click on the IE toolbar and put a controlmenu bar to have help available (or simply press ALT to move focus to themenu bar temporarily).

Original title: what it means when you download a file, but an error pops up saying you do not have administrative permissions, but actually you download from an administrative account?
I am trying to download the latest version of adobe flash player from their site. When I try to download it, it will tell me I have not sufficient permissions to do so and I am downloading to an administrative account, and it still does not work.
Hi Antonlew,
1. are you able to install/download other programs without any problem?
2. did you of recent changes on the system?
3. you receive the error message when download or install Flash player?
If you run the installation files, you can try using administrator privileges and check if that helps:
Right click on the program installation files and then click run as administrator.
See the article:
How to apply once with a full administrator access token?
You can also check out the link to Adobe support and check if it helps:

Important: The above link contains steps to modify the registry. However, serious problems can occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you proceed with caution. For added protection, back up the registry before you edit it. Then you can restore the registry if a problem occurs.
