  This computer is home and cable? If so, this is the e-mail scan probably the cause. According to your AV program, you may need to reinstall.

  Open Windows Live Mail > tools > accounts > your account > properties > advanced. Uncheck "Leave a copy of messages on server" > OK

  I now have serious problems to make Windows Live Mail to
  drive at a reasonable speed, probably due to the size of this file
  at first more more than half the RAM installed on the
  computer, where the compression of the WLM database

  Just one thing : when it comes to enter your hotmail address, use afalse address, do not use the word 'hotmail '.
