  Try this method:
  Start button > Search box, type regedit > press enter > (uac prompt) > expand (click on the pointer before)HKET_CURRENT_USER > expand software > expandMicrosoft > expand MSNMessenger > expand PerPassportSettings > under PerPassportSettings, find 2 folders with a series of numbers > delete the two folders including their subfolders > window regedit.
  Restart the Messenger.

  "Windows Live Messenger has stopped working" Message appears when I try to sign in my e-mail to check my e-mail messages. Whats up with that? I have to go through my hotmail to get my e-mail messages. Has anyone else had the same problem?   WLM signs component snap perfectly when the Connect button is used, but simply refuses to connect when the computer starts.

  It happened once before but seemed to be linked to the use of the Google toolbar that I uninstalled this time without success.

  Thank you for the very fast responds to the question wasn't he forget my live ID to verify that I went back to see he had the two briefs but then I saw the down arrow I clicked on it and signed me was not automatically verified.
