Windows Media Player 11 - is possible to clear the list of recently added?
I have Windows Media Player 11 in Windows Vista. Recently, I replaced my hard drive and scan a library. Now, almost all of my music appears in the recently added area. Clear list of items added recently by the application or the registry? Thank you.
The only way to do that is to remove the windows media Player library.

Windows Media Player 12: How to permanently display the list pane
Windows Media Player 12: Always list
Hello world
I've recently updated my computer to Windows 7.
When I was on XP, the list of WMP 11 component was always displayed in the right part of the screen (except mode full-screen).
Now WMP 12, I have to manually right-click and choose "View list" whenever I open WMPand whenever a new video starts .Could you tell me how to permanently display the list pane?
Thank you
Kind regards
PhilThere is no way to get or retain the component 'list' in Windows Media Player 12. You must create a playlist to see your playlist.
I've been playing with this for hours trying to get the same thing your tyring to get. Microsoft has changed a lot in the Windows Media Player 12 version. The latest version of the windows media player 11 is the only version that can display the playlist pane.

Can I use windows media player to play mp3 and have the recigition speech to convert to text?
You can get on a conversion of 70% in reading a file in Windows Media Player using something like Dragon Naturally Speaking to convert. If you set the playback speed to slow in Windows Media Player to play > play speed, you will get a better result. The best option is to download the file to an audio transcription service, but which generally costs 0, 50-1, 00 per minute of audio.

Hello
1. don't you also get an error with the message code?
2 have you installed third-party readers part?
3. What is the format of the files you are trying to play?Follow these steps and check if they help.
Step 1:
I would have you readers of third party temporarily Uninstall and check if persists it to the question.
Step 2:
Most likely you need codecs to play these files with Windows Media Player. I suggest looking up codec in the Internet that supports the file format, download and install them.
