Windows OEM 8 reset without the installation media

I use a Fujitsu UH572 to quite in time, but since I brought the Canada, problems began to come into action.

My windows 8.1 which I've updated from the windows pre installed 8 disabled by itself, so that I did a refresh of windows and it is now back to pre-installed windows 8 and windows active again. After 3 days of normal computer use, he is off again, so from time to time, he will ask me to activate windows, but I do not have the product id, so I can't do anything for her.

Later when I want to do a refresh computer or reset, it asked me for a disc that i do not have to use one when I did my update before and I don't even when I got to my laptop. So I would like to know is there any method for me to reset a windows without any installation media?

You can get the Fujitsu installation files (which will have all the drivers you need too).  Or if you don't want the drivers, you can get the files you need here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-au/windows-8/create-reset-refresh-media

  • Can I create the installation media for Windows 8 operating system Windows 8?

I encountered some problems with the installation of the Windows 8 client that I expect to be too long to attempt to repair. I suggested to the client that the operating system will simply be reinstalled. The customer has no recovery media. I have not found any recovery partition. I found the instructions at http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/upgrade-product-key-only to create the installation media, but it takes that I create the media from the computer on which I wish to install Windows 8. This computer came with Windows preloaded 8 factory.

So I can use this computer to create the installation media, and then reformat the hard drive and reinstall windows 8?

There is no method to create the installation media (the original installation media does not exist).  The computer maker several times will include a program to help create your own recovery media, but which varies from one company to the other.  You could contact them to ask if you don't see the program, or they can also send you a copy (Dell sent me a free CD by fed - ex overnight when I asked for one for a Dell Latitude Laptop - laptop I has not yet bought them even!)

  • XP Home Edition does not start without the installation CD after reinstall.

I reinstalled XP Home Edition on my PC without formatting the drive first in order to keep all of my data.  I have installed all service packs.  However, for some reason, I had to call Microsoft to get validated.  The only problem I have now is that it does not start without the installation CD in the drive.  I have XP on the half before the C drive and me on the back of half.  The reader is a digital WD800JBRTL of Western.  Well it worked like that for years. Why can I now not start without the CD?

    HiNeal2660,

It seems that the NTLDR file is not on the C: drive. NTLDR is the boot loader for all versions of Windows.

You can perform a Windows XP repair installation & check if you are able to start normally.

Hope the helps of information. Please post back and we do know.

    Hello

    See if that helps you.

If it doesn't, try a startup repair and / or a system restore using a DVD of Vista from Microsoft

Manufacturers recovery disks normally do not have Service Options; they are normally a relocation to the factory only settings option.

Here is the guide to repair Options using a Vista DVD from Microsoft.

If a friend or a work acquantance of yours has one, you can borrow and use it for repairs.

If you do not or can not borrow a Microsoft DVD there is a download of a file ISO of Vista Startup Repair available that you can put on a Bootable floppy to make the above startup repair and that the method is recommended by a large number of posters in these Forums.

Unfortunately, you have to buy it.

You can contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of recovery disks.

They should do this for a small fee.

To reinstall Vista using their recovery disk/s, you start from the 1st recovery disk they provide and follow the manufacturer's instructions to reinstall:

You need to change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order:

Some manufacturers have more available Vista recovery disks.

If this happens, you may need to try this instead:

You can also borrow and use a Microsoft Vista DVD, which contains the files for the different editions of Vista (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business and Ultimate) must be installed. The product key on your computer / Laptop box determines what Edition is installed.
