Windows Vista Edition upgrade Home Premium to Windows 7 Home Premium or Windows 8 or 8.1?

I don't know where I could download Windows 7 Home Premium on my USB stick to NTFS,

Exactly, I'm looking for a .iso or the download of Windows 7 Home Edition Premium or 8 - 8.1 upgrade of Windows Vista Edition Windows Home Premium.

I'm also curious if I can or will be able to use the two product keys I have, which are:

* The sticker on my computer that contains a product key.

* The one who accompanies the computer located in START, made a click right COMPUTER, properties.

I'm on Windows Vista, I would update to Windows 7 Home Premium at least.

USB Boot

With my two key product or not at all if possible key.

Advice, useful information, download links, solutions?

Please share and thank you in advance!

Is it possible that I'll be able to use the product from the installation disc key twice on a different computer if I install it on Windows 7 Home Premium?

Edit:

To be more precise, could I use the same disc installation and key on both computers at the same time?

No, a key = a single computer. Each PC must have its own unique and valid product key to stay activated.

    Hello

I recently bought a HP Pavilion dv6 1199EE laptop and it has a version of Windows Vista Home Premium Service Pack 2 system Type 32 bit installed.

Now, I want this transition to Windows Vista Business full Edition without formatting & reinstall OS because I don't want to lose the features & programs came with the lap top. I would buy the Windows Vista Professional with the product key on the local market in my country.

First of all, I want your advice what is the best Vista professional should I buy?

Second, what are the professional measures to update without formatting the hard drive of my laptop?

    Concerning

    Mr. Sayadi

You cannot upgrade Vista Home Premium to Vista Business.

It is not a Vista upgrade path.

You have clean installation, back up ALL your data and reinstall all the programs.

    Upgrade paths:

-of Vista Home Basic, Home Premium, Business and Ultimate.
-from Vista Home Premium to Ultimate.
    -from Vista Business to Ultimate

And there's no. Vista Business Ultimate version.

You will need to purchase a full version of Vista Business and do a clean install.

OR buy a Vista Ultimate upgrade version and do a upgrade.

If you do an upgrade to Vista Ultimate, it SHOULD be with a 32-bit Ultimate Upgrade disk.

There is only a single company of Vista, but you can buy the full version 32 bit or 64 bit OS and do a clean install...

All depends on the amount of RAM for the need to use.

  • Problem of formatting windows vista edition upgrade Home premium

A few years ago I bought a pc custom made and also bought a version ledgit of windows xp media Center, with this, I also received a free uprade for windows vista home edition premium, I gave it some time before moving to vista (because of all the initial problems that vista had when he was releaeased).

But now I have vista on my pc is for a year or two irratically running at least, so I desperately need to format my pc, I have read in various articles that once you upgrade to vista xp your original key to become obsolete, surely this cannot be the case, I paid full price for the Media Center program , and if indeed this is the case how do I clean my pc and reinstall vista on it.

Thanks in advance for any response to my dilemma

This is your key to your XP license.

You can wipe the computer and reinstall.

It now part of the process to upgrade and stop install you on another computer.

But you can use it to reinstall > then go back to Vista.

If you have any problems, just call Microsoft and explain what you are doing.

  • Windows Vista Edition upgrade Home Premium to Windows 7 Professional

Hi!, I need help.  I tried to understand the upgrade from Windows Vista to Windows 7 but I have not been able to fully understand the various issues.  My dilemma is this. I have a House runing PC with Windows Vista Home Premium and I want to install a version of Windows 7 Professional.  The package I have indicates whether an upgrade, but when playing in the homepage of Microsofts, in my view, that I understand that to switch from Windows Vista Home Premium to Windows 7 Professional, I need to do a full install, not an upgrade.  Because my package bed upgrade, I don't know if it contains the program needed to make an installation full or not.  I don't want to start and install and find out in the middle that I don't have the good disk to complete the task.  Could someone who knows about it could give me the right path to follow. I will be very greatfull for any guidance. Thank you.

Vista Home Premium upgrade to Win7 professional will require one in Place (i.e., update Win7 Home Premium) and an Express Upgrade (from Win7 Home Premium to Win7 professional).

  • Disks for Vista Edition OS Home Premium x 64

    Hello

I have two HP computers, a dx7500 and a Pavilion a6512p. The dx7500 came with Vista (Business 32-bit) OS disks, but the a6512p did not come with a set of disks of BONE. Is it possible to buy, HP, a set of operating system from Vista x 64 Home Premium DVD?

Please note that I am not looking to "restore" disks, or "recovery" disks - I would like to get (if that is possible) a set of actual operating system installation DVD for my a6512p, just as I have for the dx7500.

Thanks much for any help you could give.

    Hello:

You can do your own Vista disc and use the product key to activate the installation.

If you are in a fault light but rewarding you can do yourself if you can read your product key of Vista on the PC of 25 characters.

If you can read your 25-character product key MS, you can make your own Windows Vista installation disc. You just download the 3 files you need on the link below and read all the instructions to create a Setup bootable DVD disk using imageburn.

Do not take into account the part of the text in the first screen shot about "extract the files in the folder of Vista."

The files were extracted already in this folder when you ran the X14.exe file by reading the text on top of the first screenshot.

The other thing I noticed is on the 4th page, where it shows Developer ID Microsoft Corporation. I had to type Microsoft Corporation in me, and then other codes already filled in.

When I went to compile the ISO file, ImageBurn gave a message on a WIM file, file and ISO, and if I wanted to burn it in a different format.

I selected no, make the ISO file.

It was not so hard to do. I burned both the disk of 64-bit and 32-bit disk in case I ever need them.

I tested both of them one my hp dc7100 CMT desktop PC, worked flawlessly.

When you enter the product key, he knows which version of Vista you have.

    http://en.community.Dell.com/support-forums/software-OS/w/microsoft_os/3317.2-3-Microsoft-Windows-v...

After you install Vista successfully, you can then install the drivers for your PC and driver page support.

To reinstall Vista on an Acer.

You press the left ALT and F10 at startup to start the recovery process to factory settings.

You can order Acer recovery disks, if they still have.

How to order the eRecovery discs:

Also you should have your own recovery discs.

Read your manual on how to make them through the Acer eRecovery program.

Some manufacturers have more available Vista recovery disks.

If this happens, you may need to try this instead:

You can also borrow and use a Microsoft Vista DVD, which contains the files for the different editions of Vista (Home Basic, Home Premium, Business and Ultimate) must be installed. The product key on your computer / Laptop box determines what Edition is installed.

Other manufacturers recovery DVDs are should not be used for this purpose.

And you need to know the version of 'bit' for Vista, as 32-bit and 64-bit editions come on different DVDs

  • My question relates to the use of Windows Vista Edition backup Home Premium 32-bit

I use Windows Vista Home Premium 32-bit backup to create a backup on an external hard drive files. the disk is almost full, I noticed the backup appears to create a new set of files each time that it will consume a considerable amount of space.  Is it safe to delete old files to free up disk space as current backup do not complete due to lack of space. I don't want to lose all the essential files in the erase process.

Yes, you can delete the old files, because they are not needed when the new backup is created.
My suggestion is to set up a backup incremental and will ovewrite the old backups so that you don't have to delete old backups.
