Hello
- You did it all change that caused the problem?
- What anti-virus program you have in your computer?
- Have you run a virus scan to check if there are infections of the system?
Method 1: Run a virus scan to check if there are infections on the computer:
Microsoft safety scanner
http://www.Microsoft.com/security/scanner/en-us/default.aspx
Note: If infections are detected during the scan, there is a risk of data loss because infected files will be deleted.
Method 2: If the problem is still not resolved, try to start the computer in safe mode with networking to see if applications are contradictory
Start your computer in safe mode with networking
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows7/start-your-computer-in-safe-mode
Note: Safe mode starts Windows with a limited set of files and drivers. Startup programs do not work in safe mode, and only the basic drivers needed to start Windows are installed
If the problem does not occur in Mode safe mode with networking, we can use the approach 50 / 50 to narrow down the root cause of the problem.
See the article below for instructions on how to start your computer in a clean boot state.
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135
Note: When the diagnosis is complete do not forget to reset the computer to a normal startup. Follow step 7 in the above article.
It will be useful.

1. what file format you are trying to burn?
2. have you made changes on the computer recently?
3. What is the security software installed on the computer?
If it's something you downloaded, it may be copy protected by DRM, in which case you may not burn it to a CD or DVD.
Here are a few things to try:
1. make sure that the disc is clean.

Change settings for burning a CD or DVD in Windows Media Player
Method 3:
If you have any third-party burning software, I suggest you temporarily Uninstall it and then try to burn the disc using Windows Media Player.
Note: Reinstall the software after the trial.
Method 4:
Temporarily disable all programs that could activate themselves, while burning is in progress, such as screensavers or anti-virus programs.

Photo Gallery - cannot save changes
When you edit a photo, I get this message: "unable to save changes to this picture because library has encountered a problem." I tried various things I found online (several threads on this site as apparently others have experienced this too), but none of the ideas allowed. Here's the thing, it worked for years until now. Last week I played ignorance a little with my services, disabling some supposedly speeding up my computer and also played with my Start menu. I don't know that I've changed, however. Can any particular service being disabled cause this problem? Thank you and have a nice day.

Two days ago Windows 7 Pro has suddenly become non-genuine
Two days ago, I started having a window informing me that Windows 7 Pro on my laptop is not valid. I ignored it, thinking it was just a fluke and would solve itself. There is, unfortunately, no.
I bought my laptop on eBay a few years ago. The COA reads as follows:
Windows 7 Pro OA
Lenovo Singapore
X 15-53895
and my product key. I confirmed that the product in use key is the same as that on the certificate of authenticity.
I followed the instructions on this article http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/windows_7-windows_install/getting-error-code-0x8004fe22-stating-windows-is/b42a0ab8-0e75-484f-901e-79ae206b4c12
The window is now gone, but in its place is the next on my screen (bottom-right):
Windows 7
Build 7601
This copy of Windows is not genuine
As I continued to work on this issue, I realized that I now also have the same problems as others have described in the article https://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/be3ed187-8ad9-41c8-aab4-3c8a4c81fb48/windows-activation-service-sluiexe-does-not-run-when-started-error-0x8002801d-please-help?forum=genuinewindows7

I crossed the fundamental Event Viewer logs and determined at least when this problem happened first. This is the first instance of anything related to the activation failure.

This morning when I woke up my laptop, the window of Windows Activation Technologies came once again.

As expected ;)
I downloaded a file - sluicom64.zip - for my OneDrive to OneDrive Christmas
Please download and save to your desktop.
Right click on the saved file and select extract all...
Save it in the default location
This should create a file sluicom64.reg
Right-click on the file and select Merge
Accept the warnings, you should then get a 'Success' message
Close all windows and restart.
Run another MGADiag report and view the results.

Page "save under" appears when I try to print from Firefox
When I use my Verizon DSL and Firefox (this doesn't happen if I use Explorer int.) and I wish to print information from the internet, I do a Ctl P for print. Instead of print, I get a page "save under" I can not help to appear. The page includes: "save under" in the upper part with a box of savings to (E.g.: documents), then has a list in any of the 'name', 'Update', 'Type', 'Size' and 'Tags' in the upper part. Then, a list of items such as games, my stationery, new folder, Sansa Updater. Then at the bottom there is a list for 'File name' with an area for the name. Then under that a 'save As Type' (PDF). Then a backup or the Cancel button.
This has happened
Each time Firefox opened
Is a month ago
I can't print anything either on Firefox but on IE everything prints fine. I get as much better Firefox so would like a solution to my problem.

Windows 7 Pro just that it recharges when it is running Windows 10 Upgrade
I am trying to upgrade computer Windows 7 Pro for Windows 10.
Upgrade all the files have been downloaded (there is a Windows $. ~ BT folder on the computer that contains 6 GB of files), but when I use the option in Windows Update to install immediately the only thing that happens is the computer to Windows 7 starts.
Here's what I did:
Started win 10 download. (Published ends without problem).
At the request of the facility a few hours later.
Uninstalled McAfee Saas v6 (because I read online that is not compatible with Windows 10).
Installed McAfee Endpoint Protection.
Before I had a chance to restart (after uninstalling McAfee/install) I received a notification that the upgrade of the 10 window would begin in 1 hour... and a countdown has begun. Unfortunately due to the McAfee uninstall/install I thought it prudent to perform a reboot before upgrading Windows 10 has begun... So I chose the option "not ready yet".
Then I rebooted.
I could not find any way to restart the countdown, I went to Windows Update and tried to trigger an immediate upgrade from there.
But the only thing that happens is restarting the computer to Windows 7.
When an opportunity to plan the upgrade again appeared on the screen I did... but nothing triggered at the agreed time.
So today, after turning computer, an automatic popup appeared invites me to upgrade... so I said go ahead now. Initially the screen message stated he was downloading the upgrade, but then, he must have realized this has already been done there was the option of immediately - I said yes. But again, the only thing that happened was the computer restarted to Windows 7.
I read online that the upgrade can be triggered by running setup.exe inside the Windows $. ~ BT folder, but I hate to just give this a go without some guidance from Microsoft that this is a approach healthy.
Additional information:
-Before of the foregoing, I cleaned up the unwanted programs and the use the verification tool to confirm the computer is suitable - which it was (i5; 4 GB of RAM and has all the bits necessary to win 10).
-L' icon to upgrade to win 10 no longer appears on the taskbar.
Good choice and if you stay with the steps, tools and methods in Windows Install-Clean 10 then you get and keep the best possible install for as long as you!

Someone just tell me how to solve the problem. Apparently, some corrupt videos caused Windows Media Player to plant as soon as thumbnails of the videos have been read. I quickly changed to a non-thumbnail view, so the error would not appear (it appears only when you try to load the photos), then deleted corrupted videos. Thanks for the help, if.

Desktop Windows 8 PRO has a 'Windows 8 PRO with media center Build 9200' text,
Original title: Windows 8 PRO.
Good day, I was talking with my friend about I want to buy the Windows 8 PRO, so it make the "favor" to see in the internet a series of Windows 8 PRO cracked and 'validate', so I have my office have a text: "Windows 8 PRO with media center Build 9200", I want to restore my normal version of Windows 8, which is original.
I try using to refresh the pc, but does not work.
Thank you and have a nice day.
If the computer came with Windows 8.0/8.1 so if you have a DVD, or recovery Partition do a factory restore it will be the same as it was when you the activated. Hope this helps and if you need another post to help and we will be happy to help you.
