  I was able to install, either through Windows Update or manually, updates KB980470 KB980729, KB981433 KB981715.  I was able to install some other updates since it came out just not these.

  I get a code 646, who says that there is an unknown error.  When I tried to install manually, it simply says that the installation of the package had not.  I tried the Mr. fix it using which unfortunately did not work.
