This update went to my other firefox browser when it has been defined as the default value for a site I visit, and its in the download as failed, but it is not in my list of updates in Windows where there should be, and because it has a SP3 into it, I think I need to download and I do not know how?     I think that the solution center is a part of HP.  I go to programs - run and type msconfig.  Click the Startup tab and look for Solution Center, then uncheck the box so that it will not start then click on apply and restart the computer

    It is not a file, it is a message of a piece of hardware attached to your laptop or inside the laptop.  This piece of hardware is refusing the request to enter the mode 'sleep'.  You need to know what hardware is rejecting the request and then either remove, see if the updated drivers will be repaired, or use a sleep mode that does not generate this message.

    This seems to be an update of the driver.  Establishing general principles, you should never install drivers from Windows Update; all you need are 'critical' updates - not "optional" updates
