With regard to the supply of a user database of the Access Tables

Hello

I just finished with the installation of IOM 9101 and upgradation of 9101 to 9102. I am facing a little weird. When I try to create a TAG for Tables of database Access, I am not able to see the Tables of database Access option in the drop down menu to the Transport provider.

I am a bit confused whether I'm wrong updated the system or if at all, I missed a step. Although IOM seems to be ok and works fine.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

Concerning
Nikhil

Reinstall the connector using the connector installer of the IOM again. That should solve the problem.

Statistics should be collected on a regular basis otherwise they would be obsolete, resulting in performance degradation.

For this reason I have is no need to upgrade my old version of Photoshop. My problem is that it doesn't work anymore since Windows 10 recently installed in my PC. IO have tried to install it several times but can't. Is anyone out there help me please!

Activation for CS is closed. Adobe provides you with a free replacement of CS2.

    Uninstall CS

Go here: Download Adobe Acrobat 7 and Adobe Creative Suite 2 products

Click English, download Photoshop CS2 and also copy the serial number that comes with it.

Install CS2 and use this serial number CS2. There no need activation.

Take your copy of the CS, it is no longer usable.

It is doubly strange.  I just check and that the other thread is not locked and can be answered.  Someone else has a problem, you reply to this thread.

Secondly, I turn off the settings described works for me and Photoshop opens without MRU and start work space.

You did _uncheck_ these settings?  I like the new workspaces, so mine are checked, but it clearly says _Show_ at the beginning of each line.

  • With regard to the update of the locations of cards-oracle

    HII everyone,

In my application, we using mapviewer, which was installed locally on our server, for map rendering and showing the locations of a client like pinball machines.

Suppose that some places (address, City) is updated map... How mapviewer (which has been installed on our server locally) will update this site all in rendering...

    Thank you

    learner

It depends on how you got the map features.  Mapfeatures are usually stored in the cache.  If a change in database may not appear in the card immediately.  If, however, given the characteristics of the map as a vectorlayer, then simple vector update updates map.  You should consider two options with regard to the update database process.  You can store the geometry as a function that is updated on the fly as change attributes of database, or you may use a database trigger to update the geometry when the attributes change.  Thus, using a combination of correct space architecture and mapviewer correct functions.

There are several ways to achieve this. Perhaps the simplest is to simply catch Exception as std::exception const &, or one of its derivatives, then call what(). However, if you want to use the specific exception hierarchy richer consistency, you can get the equivalent of the what() result by calling getDescription()-> getCString(). With regard to the rankings largely what types of exceptions are "fatal", which would be RuntimeException and its derivatives, but the scope which it was caught in general is going to be more telling.

  • With regard to the migration of the Oracle database to MS SQL

    Hi all

In my application, oracle is the existing database. We need to migrate from Oracle database to MS SQL.
We need procedure is as below
1 export data from Oracle and keep it in a file. (.dmp)
2 import data from MS SQL in the oracle export file.

and vice versa from MS SQL to Oracle.

My question is - it is possible to import the .bmp (oracle export data) in MS SQL.

    Please clarify for me.

There are two options to get the data from Oracle to MS SQL.
The simplest is to create a linked in MS SQL to Oracle server and copy the data with a query like select * in oracle.schema.table my_mssqlTable; via the linked server.
Some data types will not be supported.
    That's an instant copy.

If you need a fence at real-time replication, you can use replication MS (I would not recommend because it creates triggers on the Oracle tables), or you can use GoldenGate or DataCurrents or other replication products.

  • With regard to the Cache in obiee10g

Hi I have a time table and a scenario as these Fact1, fact3 and Fact2, DIM1, DIM2 and DIM3 DiM4 more. The DIM1, tables 2 and 3 data won't change. Each day from night, they load new data in the 3 fact tables.

    1. my first report draws Fact1 DIM1, DIM2, DIM3, DIM4.
    2. second report is based on the DIM1, DIM2 and DIM3, DIM4 Fact2.
    3. the third report is based on Fact3 and DIM4 & DIM2.

Please help me to cache for tables at the level of the RPD.

    Thank you
    Chak

    Castro,

Try to understand the concept of BI reporting here. Your because of reports, use of all the tables, i.e. Dim & to go get the resultset object and is the SQL that gets cached.

If a request makes reference to several physical tables with different times of persistence, the cache for the query entry will exist for a minimum of time persistence defined for all of the tables referenced in the query. So, in this case, it will be only 1 day for all the tables and complete SQLs making reference to these tables.

Under NQCMD of the utility command... The purge is very easy here... and is the same for boot.

Like SeedTableCache.txt that will have your SQL scripts. Once this is used through NQCMD which can be scheduled using Task Manager or another job.
    nqcmd d AnalyticsWeb u PEI s Administrator c:\obiee\SeedTableCache.txt administrator

Similar concept applies to any flavor of BI.

Here John gave some good examples on Cache MGT.

  • With regard to the UPDATING of the data in the warehouse of data using various incremental DAC

My client is planning to spend some discoverer to OLIVIER but before need us answers.

    (1) my client requires data to be updated hourly (load using the CAD) because they use a lot of data in real-time.
We do not have many data update (for example 10 bills in one hour + others). How long it usually takes to refresh these tables in data using the CAD wareshouse?

    (2) while the table is can getting updated we use this table to generate a report? If so, what is the State of the data? Stale or incorrect (undefined)?

    (3) how does updating of analytical work? It is a module at a time or it treats all 3 modules (GL, AR and AP) as a single unit of refreshment?

I would appreciate if I can get an answer to all questions.

    Thank you

    So much for the answers:
    (1) should not be too much trouble for a such small amt of data. Depends on your implementation plan to the DAC that can always be created as new and can be customized to load the data for these tables... (Star Schema) - about 15-20 minutes, because it does so many things outside the loading table.

    (2) report to OBIEE will give the previous data because I believe that Cache will be (Shud be) turned on. You will get the new data in the reports after the update is complete and cache is erased using different methods (the favorite voting event)

    (3) once again to end analytics or any other module, you'll OOTB plans. But you can create your new plans and run. GL, AR, AP are also provided separately...

Hope that answers your question... You will learn more about running through Oracle docs... especially for DAC

    -Search for a line more low which is CON_DATE > = to_date ('01-NOV-1998', ' MON-DD-YYYY "") AND STATE = 30658 and get the second row whose state = 30658 but having separate con_date

                               or CON_DATE = > = to_date (November 1, 1997 ',' MON-DD-YYYY "") AND STATE <>30658 & get the second row including State = 30658 but having separate con_date

and lower (status) = 'active '.

and get another line that extends beyond the found line, but having separate con_date (no operation of the same day.)

I tried to do it with and then attach it again with the same table, but I don't get different results...

    Please advise.

    Thanks for trying.

First find a line that corresponds

    ((CON_DATE > = to_date (1er novembre 1998 ', ' MON-DD-YYYY ") AND STATE = 30658))

    or (CON_DATE > = to_date (November 1, 1997 ',' MON-DD-YYYY "") AND STATE <> 30658))

8 second get/check the following line immediately for offs_id even that has different con_date, that is superior to prev con_date but State should be 3065

If offs_id found then return else throw line...

Thus, in addition to the conditions that I listed previously, there must be a line with the same offs_id, which has a con_date later and the State concerned; is this fair?

You can use a self-join to see if there is such an extra line:

    WITH params AS

    (

    SELECT TO_DATE (November 1, 1998 ', 'DD-Mon-YYYY') AS later_threshold_date

    AS target_state 30658

    11900 AS target_offs_id

    OF the double

    )

    SELECT s.offs_id

    OF s sor_off

    JOIN params p ON s.offs_id = p.target_offs_id

    AND ((s.con_date > = p.later_threshold_date))

    AND s.state = p.target_state

    )

    OR (s.con_date > = ADD_MONTHS (p.later_threshold_date, 12))

    AND s.state <> p.target_state

    )

    )

    JOIN sor_off ON s2.offs_id = s.offs_id s2

    AND s2.con_date > s.con_date

    AND s2.state = p.target_state

    GROUP BY s.offs_id

    ;

The only difference between this and the previous solution is the last join, in other words, the 3 lines of code just before the GROUP BY clause.

  • Install PT8.53 with Linux question: the PSDBOWNER table doesn't have a line

    People,

Hello. I install PeopleTools 8,53 Internet Architecture. Server database is the database Oracle 11 GR 1 material. Operating system is Oracle Linux 5.

I installed successfully JDK7, WebLogic Tuxedo 11 GR 1 material and PeopleTools 8,53 10.3.6, in Oracle Linux 5.

I've been setting up PeopleTools 8,53 Instance database. Because the installation wizard has problem and cannot create instance PT853 database, I have implemented PeopleTools 8,53 PT853 Instance database manually using 2 ways as below:

First of all, I use Oracle database DBCA to create the instance PT853 successfully, and then run the following scripts:

    (1) utlspace.sql

    (2) dbowner.sql

    (3) psadmin.sql

    (4) psroles.sql

    (5) connect.sql

After that, the PSDBOWNER table must have a rank DatabaseName (PT853) and OwnerID (myname) Data Mover to connect. But there is no line in PSDBOWNER after running the 5 scripts above. Because of this error, I tried the second way.

Secondly, I run the script createdb10.sql to create the instance of database PT853 successfully and then run 5 scripts as above but get the same error: PSDBOWNER has no line.

My $ORACLE_HOME/dbs/initPT853.ora file is correct. All 5 scripts above run correctly. I don't know why PSDBOWNER has no line.

    My question is:

Can any folk you tell me why PSDBOWNER have a line after you run 5 scripts above? How to solve the problem?

    Thank you.

There is no issue to resolve. PSDBOWNER will be filled when you run step to build and run the Data Mover Import scripts. Even without a line in PSDBOWNER you can still connect to Data Mover mode "bootstrap", which is what you are to do this step.

    Kind regards

Hello. I'm still a beginner and still regularly to seek help from the experts.
But I do not have an alternative to the import and export Access tables with Oracle 10 G Ex.
PS - I am running Windows XP.

It is set up as an ODBC source Oracle.

The notice must be in 2 parts.

REM - start the Oracle database

1 - set up the ODBC connection.

2 export Access table in Oracle and import an Oracle table in Access.

1 - setting up the ODBC:

    Open:

    Control Panel
    Administration tools
    Data sources (ODBC)

You will see then 7 tabs.
I used the first "User DSN" tab

In this tab, click 'Add '.

In the drop-down list, select "Oracle XE', which is at the bottom of the list. Click on "Finish".

You will then go into the Configuration of the ODBC Oracle driver.

You will be asked for a "Data Source name".
Type in what whether, for example G ex as long as you don't forget what you call the 'Data Source'.
The name of G EX later appears when you start using the ODBC connection.

    Description is optional.

The TNS service name is a drop-down list. Select XE

User ID. Enter the user name of the Oracle user to establish the connection.
Don't forget that the user must have been granted connect and privileges of the resource.

Next step is to "test connection".

You should get a box that says "successful" etc...

There are other tabs and drop down menus at the bottom of Oracle configuration. Pilot, but leave these as default and can be changed at a later date.

You should see your newly created ODBC 'G EX' connection on the user DSN tab.

Close the Admin Tools screen and Control Panel.

    2. move the table Access.

You can use ODBC to Access tables to export in Oracle and Oracle Import tables in Access.

The two will be in Access by using the tables import/link or export.

Imports and exports follow the same path.

For example. Export Access table to Oracle.

In Access go to the display of tables and right-click on the table that you want to export.

Select export and enregistrer save as Type, select ODBC databases in the drop-down list. (bottom)

    Click Ok.

You will then get a screen "Select data Source".

Choose the tab 'Data Source Machine', and you should see your named data source. (EX G)

    Select it and click OK.

The service name must say XE

Enter the Oracle user name and the password of the user with connect and resources.

    It should then be exported.
    Reverse the import process.

    Tips for Access tables.

Oracle likes the names of tables and fields in capital letters. He doesn't like spaces in domain names.
You may need to export the tables to one another access empty db to rename the table and or fields before exporting to Oracle.

    I hope this helps...
