  I am trying to create a blind form that has a field that determines the list to which a defendant is added after clicking on an e-mail link.  The field will be filled by a query string in the link and the contact will be added to the list by a processing step. However, I can't find UniqueID for a shared list that can be used in the query string.  Someone know where I can find it? Indeed, I'm not even sure that I can refer to the ID of the list rather than the name of the processing step?  It is just using the name of the list can sometimes be a little insensitive to contact if he were to look at the links in detail.

  Yes! They do it. I used a few times with Progressive profiling. Unfortunately, it takes a bit of digging to get the code.   No problem.

  You need to create the blind form submit URL (same process as in an email: Eloqua10: trigger multiple actions with a click-through email (via 'send blind form')). You probably need to add a few mergers field (if the page where the blind form submit lives is a landing page Eloqua) or some sort of database search to fill in the values of the blind form submit URL.

  For example:

  http://s[SITE_ID].t.Eloqua.com/e/F2?elqFormName=[ELQ_FORM_NAME]&elqSiteID= [SITE_ID] &EmailAddress= email & retURL = [URL_TO_THE_ASSET]

  In the above example, the e-mail address must be dynamic and a merger of field was used.

  I'm relatively new to the Eloqua API and I was wondering if someone could help me in this task, I'm trying to complete. I made a custom form on our Web site which has fields for name, first name, Email and phone. Once someone completes this form, I want to submit data to Eloqua using the API to start this person in an already created campaign. So that this works, I need to create a contact by using the Eloqua API first with information from this person before being able to start in the campaign? How can I go about starting a person on a campaign using the API?

  Hi Nick,

  Yes, you will need to create the contact to Eloqua to push through a campaign.  A way to accomplish what you're trying to do would be to create the contact and add them to a list shared in Eloqua.  The campaign is usually powered by a Segment, in which a shared list can be included.  Thus, when someone submits your form, you create a record of contact for them (or to update an existing record) through the API, add the contact to a shared list, and then when the Segment (which includes this shared list) updates, contact will flow through the campaign.

  Hello, it's currently a bug in firefox's built-in pdf viewer that is studied by our developers. in the meantime, you can use a plugin third pdf as Adobe that you can enable in the firefox options > applications -scroll down and set the default action for the portable document (pdf) format.

  If you used the buttonImportIcon method, such an image is not included in the form data when compiling in a response file. You can use Acrobat to extract images from a PDF document.

  If you set up so that the user can join the submitted PDF files, it will not be included in either form data, but you can use Acrobat to extract the attachments of files returned PDF files.

My coder was asked what Muse system uses to make the widget of the contact form.  Looking at the code of the page looks like ASP dot net and when the user clicks the button the form data is sent to a script called "FormProcessv2.aspx". If so what version?  (for example, ASP 1.0 or 2.0 or 3.0) Muse use "dot net" or ".NET" or similar in the documentation? If so then would you say what version (1.0 or 2.0)?

  It is unclear what the URL/code page you look at? Muse does not ASP. Muse uses PHP for form processing and relies on PHP sendMail to send the form as an e-mail information.

  Do not know if I understood your request correctly or not, but here are my understanding:

  You have users associated with different users. You want to set up users in some RO and why you created a few model numbers for select users.

  I hope that you have some kind of relationship between departments and users
  Have a single Dataset Parent
  Create a child Dataset and have two search boxes - a Department and second for the user
  Use search queries to select user based on the selected service in Field1
  Field2 be required i.e. user

  In the same way, create two processes form Parent and child. Child form will have two fields. You can create text fields.
  After approval, the data selected on dataset will come to your child process
  Create corresponding task of the trigger for INSERTION in the definition of the process that will read data from child to process the form and arrangement of these users. (Research Forum or go through Oracle Docs to learn more about these triggers to child form)

  My experience is that re - run only the distribute the form does not change the options you get in the first race.

  To fix this, you need to open the PDF file in Acrobat Pro and go in Edition > Preferences and then click the category of identity.  The email address can be changed there.

  Yes. The only difference between the two is the content, you can put in variables. If you want to send the complete PDF, then you must use a form of Document.

  If you just want to send the data (xml), you can use xfaForm or document. I suggest you use xfaForm, because it is easier to use xPath to obtain the data item, you might need. If you use the form of documents, you may need to cast the content of the screen the Document in an xml variable before you can use xPath. So this is an additional step.
