Blind form submit on Landing Pages?

You can add a store form submit to a landing page? I know that they are generally used in emails, but just curious.

No problem.

You need to create the blind form submit URL (same process as in an email: Eloqua10: trigger multiple actions with a click-through email (via 'send blind form')). You probably need to add a few mergers field (if the page where the blind form submit lives is a landing page Eloqua) or some sort of database search to fill in the values of the blind form submit URL.

For example:

http://s[SITE_ID].t.Eloqua.com/e/F2?elqFormName=[ELQ_FORM_NAME]&elqSiteID= [SITE_ID] &EmailAddress= email & retURL = [URL_TO_THE_ASSET]

In the above example, the e-mail address must be dynamic and a merger of field was used.

  • How can I report on shipments of landing page form?

I have the same shape on 5 landing pages, is there a way to run a report on all applications to date and include "landing page" as an attribute?

I found a solution for moving forward-(1) I created a hidden field on the form and baptized "Landing Page", (2) the 'Population form cloud App' added to each destination page and (3) the cloud application configuration, I put the 'Landing Page' field as a static value, the name for this specific landing page.

Now I can just click 'view presentation given' form, or run a report for submission of form in insight to filter by date of submission.

  • Why forms and landing pages do not stay tied on canvas campaign?

I'll put up some test campaigns to run this week to test our integration between Eloqua and our two instances of SFDC (and get wet feet with the E10). Since I'm an addict of the E9 for several years, I still get the hang of the E10. Yesterday, I tried connecting my e-mails on campaign backdrop to the correct forms and landing pages and today I see that the links have disappeared. I also noticed that I can not connect two emails 'steps' in a form and a landing page, even if the emails from the links in the same form and the landing page. The system made me create duplicates on the canvas of the campaign. Anyone can shed light on what I'm doing wrong? Why the links disappear and I should have duplicates of the form and the landing page? Screen shot included below.

  • Eloqua forms/Landing Pages in iframe?

Is it possible to place Eloqua forms and/or landing page in an iframe in our website? Will this work even as if forms and/or landing pages have been made in the fashion of regular Eloqua?

    Thank you.

You can do it. Some considerations: size, confirmation page action, field (https/http) and passing parameters in query string to the iframe - i.e. elq, PURL, campaign ID, source of lead and other dynamic query string parameters.

  • Hidden form fields - Landing Page Data Capture

I'm trying to use 1 generic form on all landing pages we create for Webinar sign.  in order for me to pass the correct form by webinar data via the form of treatment to the module of the event concerned, I need to have a hidden field that contains the identifier of unique landing page.  What would it be?  If that's the name of the destination page, then what is the real call tag and how that I insert in the hidden field?

the objective here is to have: 1 generic form used in webinar multiple landing pages that transmits data through several modules of the discipline concerned for each webinar.  See below for a brief scheme.

    Thank you!

    DOM

Quick question - is the landing page for each webinar on a canvas of separate campaign? If so, you can use the URL that contains the elqcampaignid to delimit the module in which Webinar to send it to. You simply need to add as a hidden field on the form, and then add the code to extract the value of the URL. You can find instructions and the code here: How to capture Sources referring to the Landing Pages and forms using query strings

If they are not on separate canvases, you can use the same method as above, but it would just come with your own query string parameter to add to the url. Example: http://www.url.com?webinar=A

In the example above, you just have to then a hidden form field "webinar" and update the code to reflect this hidden field. The key he ensure that's connecting to these landing pages then have this added query string.

  • Can you do random split A / B test Eloqua forms and landing pages?

I know you can use a connector of cloud to randomize A / B testing for email, but what are the forms and landing pages?

The two ways that I would suggest would be to either:
    (a) have two emails leading to two separate landing pages (containing the same (or different) forms, - using A / B test on the email you can randomize which in your segment Gets A email or email B,-which would be duly can be spent at LP A or B of the LP - this would allow you to see exactly the number of visiting each page.)

or (more technical, but tidy solution):

    b) -have separate two distinct forms, both hosted in the LP even, but as the content blocks.
Then use a little JavaScript function to randomize a number between 1 and 100 from the loading of the page and for all even numbers display content a. (form containing A) & for all the odd numbers display content block B (containing the form B).  -you could then report on shipments of respective form to see how successful they were. -
You may have a third form with only two fields (e-mail & random number) by on page load after has defined the random number which content is displayed, an AJAX form Send behind the posts of scenes the email of visitors & random number to the third form - this would include visitors who bounce before submitting a form, & then you could report to the actual visitors to each page against the numbers they have been assigned (thusly allowing you to see the content that was displayed to then report on the rate of success of subsequent form remittances).

    I hope that helps?

    Sincere greetings,

  • You see landing page views and presentations in the form of a link within the ADC?

I created the business conduct contained in E10 which includes a link to an Eloqua landing page containing a form Eloqua. The ADC is an Eloqua email. When I got the email with the CDA on the canvas of the campaign, it is not "related" to the landing page and the form as would do an e-mail containing a link normally. Is there a way to "bind" the ADC to the landing page and the shape on the canvas of the campaign, or Earn pageviews and remittances form since the show of CDA upward on the e-mail activity in Insight?

If you add the LP to the campaign from the mouth on the left side (and then click to extract the same form element), will be associated with the campaign for the statement of purposes even without the link of the email be rendered on the screen.

  • I want to have a form of lead pop up when a user clicks on an ad on Facebook, Google, etc, but not when a user organically finds my site. I have to create a whole new separate landing page?

I want to have a form of lead pop up when a user clicks on an ad on Facebook, Google, etc, but not when a user organically finds my site. I have to create a whole new separate landing page?

"Great sites" with additional technologies can easily intercept incoming requests to a certain page, with all sorts of additional information in the URL (from the related announcement, like this: http://typekit.com/fonts?locale=nl-NL&ref=globalnav&promoid=KRUVR ) and whisk a popup, refer to a different page or activate another script or process of deciding what must happen. But Muse creates a 'static' website with the URL of the page simple, without special scripts or ruffles or processes to decode an additional URL to a query.

Creating a page of special destination somewhere elsewhere in the Web site to refer to, may be the simplest solution.

  • Landing Page forms BREAK-APART, even when grouped inside the envelope.

It has been my intention to keep my entire design as simple as possible Web site portfolio while structuring each landing page gallery a bit differently from the other.

I am not at all interested to dazzle viewers with a background image of the film or the Parallax scrolling eye candy; No CSS only drop shadows and other - it is not so much about the site as it comes to the work that my presentation is to share with others.

I am a newbie for Muse - ALTHOUGH I worked with an earlier version of Dreamweaver during the last decade-plus building websites that still works fine on the desktop screens. (SEE http://phoenixlightroomenterprise.com/ AND http://locationswest.com/) These sites seem to same scale relatively well on a phone with a minimum of pinch and zoom required... And just a quick note here: the "Arizona Land Company/REMOTE" site ('locationswest' link) that I designed in 2007/8 was well established before the call to the 'sensitive design' using this old Dreamweaver 2004 application.

I knew that that many film producers and directors and Production managers were already working on small screen display 1440 x 900 "Macbook" - laptops type of day - -so I developed and built TWO VERSIONS of this Web site, one for laptops (practices to watch while travelling in a motorhome 'production') and the 'Big screen' version for managers who would most probably be sitting in front of a screen "Cinema Display" at them or in their offices.

It is my reading comprehension as well online that I can scrape upward, looking at all the promo-vids individual for Muse by Adobe and others so excited by its potential for making designers lives more carefree and fulfilling of this Muse has been SPECIFICALLY developed to be creative ("Easy Breezy"), yet simple and intuitive.

I guess, somehow, I'm just not see it.

Here is an another short screencast illustrating problems, the challenges I seem unable to cross in Muse.

It's more of a problem was seen with a widget (him and his team) Developer twisted almost from one day to the next and then uploaded for all users of Muse work with FREE ( WidgetsForMuse). Problem SOLVED by "Vex" and his colleagues; BUT THEN I started to experience problems that I kept, added a text field below the widget on the page I've been designing (SEE this discussion forum > Muse Breakpoint problems within Simple layout ).

I just want to put my 'Imaging Services' project; produce all my landing pages and related content pages so get on with development on the meeting with new customers and creating new photo illustrations. And, you know? Begin to UNDERSTAND HOW Muse really works! So far I find 'rhyme' or 'reason'... *.

I hope you guys can help me better understand what I'm doing wrong.

I am VERY THANKFUL for your time to help me, help each of us struggling with an app that initially seemed like a good idea when I started, emigrated to work with the Dreamweaver more complex. mm

    Hi Michael,

When I read your post, I started to think it was a way of including spam, as I'm not clear as to exactly what you're asking, (sorry if I'm the evil spam part).

Looking at the 2 sites that you have accessed to, I see that you are still using tables for layout, which unfortunately does not work well when you generate sensitive page layouts. It is possible that moving to Muse, (similar problems exist when moving to reagents layouts in Dw) will force you to rethink the way the page layouts should work, a concept which causes most of the people who move from the simple adaptation layouts a lot of problems, which will be much more difficult for a person passing of tables layouts css layouts (in dry weight) or how Muse made layouts.

When you do responsive layouts, (Muse & Dw), it is necessary to have an idea of how the different page layouts will look like, and what sizes of device that you want to use for the page layouts, as it is not simply a case of patterns which flow into each other, but over every provision being an individual design. The old resizing of the browser, as did it with Adaptive presentations is no longer considered a good idea, because it does not give a good impression of how the layout appears actually on the various formats, (smartphone, Tablet, desktop, tv).

So for you help to better (and better understand the problems you are experiencing), it would be useful if you could give an idea of how you want to different page layouts actually watch and break down your questions to individual problems.

  • Best practices for the webinar Landing Pages

We are developing a landing page that hosts several seminars online and want to get an idea of how others have done it.  Here's our scenario:

    PLAN:

We push an email highlighting a webinar.  Clients fill out the form for this specific webinar and for sending the email with the link, the landing page is redirected to a list of other webinars to choose (previously registered or not).

    QUESTIONS RELATING TO THE:

Did anyone done this before? How to follow Webinars a person clicks - through? There must be a better way than to have a person to submit a form to watch/attend each webinar.

Also, can you do activity driven or landing page upside DOWN so that it lists only webinars which it has not already chosen or read?

Can't wait to hear your best practices! Thanks for sharing.

    Hi Julia,

You have at least two options for the capture of submission of form to your visitors without them knowingly send a form:

    1. If your confirmation page is hosted in Eloqua, you can use the links send blind form to these other Webinars. There is an article on Topliners here on how to install this feature to write links, but it's actually the same with regard to links to landing pages: trigger actions multiple with a click-through email (via 'send blind form').

    2. use "gated forms. You can apply this technique on all the forms on your site - the visitor will have to submit the form to get the first active, but each subsequent active form is hidden (a concept similar to sending blind form, they just see a link). Generally speaking, customers chose to have a consultant Eloqua build the frame (you can easily maintain over time when you add new assets), or you can build it yourself by following the related step by step guide to this post Eloqua Artisan.

With the help of a form submission to capture these clicks gives you the opportunity to enjoy all of these smart actions of processing steps and get a tracking more than just using a regular.

For your second question regarding conditionalizing links so that only those that have not been visited show - I recommend you really against that. What happens if your visitor wants to go back to the link, how can they access it? Leave it to the browser and use different colors for non visited compared to visited links.

  • Withdraw the campaign using the blind form...

I am building a campaign with about 9 emails. At each step, I want to have two links - suite to allow the recipient to unsubscribe or to all emails (easy enough), the other to unsubscribe to this campaign in particular.

I think a blind form submission is my best option which would be redirected to a landing page saying "You have cancelled your subscription to the campaign", but I don't know how I should put up the processing steps, or how I can ensure it is captured in the Web of the main campaign.

Does anyone have experiences of the present, or any suggestions on what I can do?

    Thank you!!

    Hi Ying,

If you use email footers in your emails, you can specify the links "to unsubscribe from all the' or 'Delete Group Email. When you remove a contact from a group of e-mail, the contact will not receive any email from the group by email (in your case I advice, you create a group e-mail for 9 emails). When someone cancels his subscription at all, contact will not receive more emails of your Eloqua instance.

    I hope this helps.

  • Want to follow all the links in our landing page?

    Hello

How can I follow all links in a landing page? Please, someone suggest me on this? I tried the script of follow-up on the page but not able to follow.

    Kind regards

    Alok

    Hi Alok,

Or your tracking script, you can check if your page is hosted outside of eloqua or inside and if you want to keep track of the specific links on the landing page, you must pass the value of query string for all the links in a hidden form eloqua.

    Kind regards
