  I have been using Premier Pro for a small video project and I'm really happy with the software. The only problem I had was that every time when I export the video (with the same format of video/audio) for even the "small changes" (like changing a word in a tag), takes about 20-30 min (ASUS X550ln).

  Given that all other parts of the video are unchanged, is it possible to keep the cache (optionally) since the last export in order to reduce the time for export again (when the audio/video format is the same)?

  Your sequence settings must be the same as your footage is 720 x 480.

  That's why your image looks too small.

  Export settings is ok.

  If you can not choose a correct sequence parameter do this, it will create a proper sequence.

  Yes, by selecting the addresses before clicking on tools seems to do the trick

  in the WMV in Movie Maker format... and then import
  the video file in DVD Maker WMV.
   
  It may help to open Movie Maker and go to... Tools /.
  Options / compatibility... tab and uncheck all filters.

  When I try to open a photoshop video mp4 pushes me I need a version of quicktime 7.1 or higher, I 7.7.1

  I have photoshop as CS5 extended, which as far as I know should be able to open the .mp4 files.

  I'm working on a video of 8 minutes (so far).  The first five minutes of clips made very well, but that's where it stops.  I just added another three minutes of clips on the timeline, press return, got at the beginning of the video that starts playing.  This also happened with a previous film.  Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.  Thank you very much.

  You can have your work area is not fixed to include your entire video.  I had this happen sometimes although I never understand how it happened.  If this is the case, simply put your workspace to match the beginning and end of your video.  It may work differently on older versions of EP, so I'll just suggest you look into your help pages on the workspace toolbar and it should tell you how to adjust it.

  Download a pdf file, the file name contains a space in the middle of the file. The name showing on the 'Save' popup is first letters up to space. Works fine on IE8. For example, a file named "old snail_12345.pdf" would show only 'old' (ignore the "s"). This is on Firefox 30.0, WinXP Pro.

  Apparently, there is an extension to work around this problem. I have not tried myself. See:

  "Work area bars" are circled.  Him are normally stationed at the beginning and at the end of the timeline.  Drag them there where you want, and then check out.

  Largarath codec is not included in the pre, it is heavy, and you have to install it yourself.  Treatment of H.264 is usually more than "good enough" unless you have pictures very critical.

  This is now happening to me also. I've been editing happily nonstop for two months without this problem. The same project even made without problem a few days ago. Then update WME was released - he says something about fixing bugs? Now the first fails to encode using the encoder, Cuda mercury as in the photo of the op. No other changes to the system.   Update: has been working through some things with care. Really useful. Looks like it's specific project. Can be exported in single CPU mode. Put up-to-date I've run some additional tests. Older project exports ok.

  Update: as I am with nvidia I downloaded the driver, custom installation selected, checked the box for a clean install. (according to the Adobe support chat)

  Do not click on the "maximum make quality" for the resizing option.

  Currently works for export in 1080. Will try 4 k later but at this point, it seems that the clean install video card driver that he fixed. It's all about a k 4 timeline.

  Update: the custom clean install of nvidia driver finally solved the problem. Now, I can export the same project with all settings and sizes. A big thank you to the customer supports the person (MS) to tide me over.

  I need to export to Avid DNxHD format. The material has been edited directly from DSLR filmed in 1080 p, 24 (23 976) fps. In the export settings, I select "Quicktime" for "Format" and "Video Codec", the "Avid DNxHD codec". Opening the box 'Codec Settings' I have a whole bunch of preset options. When I select an option that fits my original sequences (1080 p, or 24 fps, or 23 976) and click on 'OK', the output format will be only 720 x 480. In fact, a preset 1080 will be released in 720 x 480.

  How to export at 1080 p?

  1. the dialog box for the Avid codec doesn´t show all specs is cuts around the section "xx - bit". The won´t of the box allow expansion. Is - fixable?

  2. what should I choose for levels of colors, "RGB" or "709" (that means "709" stand for?)?

  Yes.  The frame rate (and resolution) of a project is determined by the first clip set a new timeline for the project.  So put a clip known 30 fps (with the resolution you want) in a new project timeline then copy everything from your existing project in the new project.  You can then remove the first clip if you wish.

  No, you don't need compressor for 4K. If your Final Cut project is set to 4K, you will have 4K of export options - unless you choose something like DVD.
