  I have an impossible to correctly print #6 3 / 4 envelope using WordPerfect X 7 (Version 17.0.0.366).
  I use a HP LaserJet P1006, with 10 Windows HOME 64-64-bit. I manually added the #6 3 / 4 paper size envelope in the box size Options paper preferably print and the Print Server preference box. A test page will print correctly, just like a #10 envelope. At #6 3 / 4 print attempt, impressions as if an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper, with addresses in the lower let of the leaf, properly oriented.

  You need a program that can read or modify files WordPerfect.  The files themselves will do you any good without a program that can open or edit them, and there are none that comes with Windows that can open or edit them.

  The file type has not been created by Windows 7 and don't have Windows XP help you (or make you evil.)  Extension 'DOC' has indicated that it is probably a Microsoft Office Word document - probably saved in Microsoft Office Word 2003 or prior formatting.

  If you have a new enough version of WordPerfect installed - it should be able to open it - although it will be mess probably part of the special formatting, if it exists.

  If you do not need to MODIFY the document - I suggest viewing with this:

  Generally, in WordPerfect, go to the view menu and select "Draft" (without headers, feet page, watermarks, etc) or 'Page' (to see how it will appear when printing), then view > Zoom to increase the size.

  The corresponding elements in Microsoft Word are view > Normal or view > layout and view > Zoom

  You let a 'no' to this error message? ("The feature you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or another removable disk that is NOT available.")

  Apparently, you try to use a feature in WordPerfect that has not been installed.  You need the installation of WordPerfect CD in your computer's CD drive.  For more information, use one or more of the following resources:

• Why I can't scan in WordPerfect?

  I have a Photosmart C4780 and had no trouble scanning right in Corel WordPerfect.  But I just got a new 6510 Photosmart e-all-in-one printer, because I want the eprint feature.  It scans the printer, but I can't scan directly in WordPerfect as I've always been able to do before using the scanning of the image inside the WordPerfect command.  What I am doing wrong?

  I'm going to select scan source (and no matter what I select) and then receive the image and box goes up that says select scan and I tried both preview and scan and he said: he can't sweep and then I get a box with a big blue question mark and have to hit Cancel a dozen times to get by.  This time he said: "this action cannot be performed because another program is busy.  Try to switch to, or retry. "Nothing works, and now I have to restart my computer to get by.  Help!

  I couldn't get the 6510 to work with my Tablet either.  I gave up and returned today.  I'm going back to my Photosmart C4780, and if I can't print wireless, I guess I have to stick to the old-fashioned with a USB cable way.

  Since I cancelled my DSL from frontier and you have the AT & T data plan, I have not been able to use the wireless on a PictBridge compatible printer.  You have to have ADSL or wireless router or something to connect the printer to the laptop or Tablet?  It is impossible to use wireless without a modem or a router?  If possible, please refer to explicit instructions on the web.  I followed the installation process and it could not connect.

  Since all prints well, it would be a problem with WordPerfect Office, not the HP printer.

  Keep in mind that WordPerfect 7 is a very old version - eight versions. Usually very old versions of almost any program do not work on newer versions of Windows. I don't know about you, but I suspect that you must upgrade to a newer version of WordPerfect.

• Cannot save WordPerfect files

  I just got a new computer with Windows 7 preinstall. I have install my software Wordperfect 11. I'm not able to save all the files I create. When I try to save a file, it opens a window that asks you where I want to save it and the name of the file. Also, it asks for a file type but does not allow me to insert a type. It's completely totally different from what I was doing when I was with Windows XP. Do I have to upgrade to WP to be able to save files? Windows 7 supports WP 11? Is it possible to go back to the old method of saving WP files in Windows 7?
