Work of formatting cited page on the 2nd tab + line without breaking URLs

I'm trying to create a page of the book quoted with the second, third, etc. lines indented.  When the URL is wrapped around or indented, the hyperlink is broken.  If I try to recreate, I get out the extra characters to the return line and space.  It also seems that dashes can break ties on the last line too, because if the paragraph is block format, the link as a whole works as expected.  For example:

screen.png

Define a paragraph style with a withdrawal of the left to whatever you want the dash is (eg... 25 inches) then first line indent to the negative value (-.25 inches). For what is to keep the whole URL, create a character with no break style and any other properties you want your URL to be. Then apply a GREP Style to the paragraph style and apply your URL character Style to text:------.<>

You can not.  If you want to work with FGLayouts, I recommend drop back to the Release of June 2014 CC before they took the Design of FGLayouts mode.

You can get the version of June 2014 DW direct links below:

    Win: http://download.adobe.com/pub/Adobe/Dreamweaver/WIN/CC/Dreamweaver_14_LS20.exe

    Mac: http://download.Adobe.com/pub/Adobe/Dreamweaver/Mac/CC/Dreamweaver_14_LS20.dmg

Solution #2: Modify your CSS FGLayout file by adding an X to the code as shown below.  This trick DW into thinking that it is a normal page, so you can use the new Design view.   NOTE: Do not change the CSS in design Panel.  Do it in Code view.  Record.  Close DW.  New launch DW.

  • My 1st tab is opened in Unicode mode, but the 2nd tab opens in the West - WHY? Need both in Unicode.

My home page has two tabs; the 1st is Google.com and the 2nd is webmail.juno.com.
When I opened in IE8, the two legs have the Unicode (UTF-8) encoding.
When I open it in Firefox, the 1st has encoding Unicode (UTF-8) BUT the 2nd tab has ALWAYS WHY Western encoding?
I always have to manually go to View/Text Encoding and change each time.
IE8 does automatically - how can it be fixed in Firefox so the two tabs always open in Unicode?

The following extension (that I have not tried because I have not noticed any need for it) has been updated lately, so there could be more compatible with the changes about the characteristics of the extension for Firefox 40-41:

  • Select the location of the Page in the contents tab (after view through research)

    Hello

I transferred an old project of ForeHelp in RoboHelp8.

In the previous CHM file, you can search for and view a topic via the "Search" tab and the book could expand and display the page in the contents tab.

    2.jpg

My search now works and I can view the topic via the 'Search' tab.  However, when I click on the contents tab, the book is not developed and the page is not highlighted.  The default page is highlighted.

Can someone tell me what I might have missed the configuration option?

  • I have an index page that does not correctly load the css and css works on all other pages of the site.

http://www.boulderridgecondos.com/ does not correctly load the css, but all other pages of the site loading the css correctly. There is nothing (that I can identify) between pages.
    http://www.boulderridgecondos.com/news.htm

I guess something is wrong in the css, I inherited this site and have exceeded the css but can't find a problem that would cause this to happen.

Any help or suggestion looking for something would be appreciated.

This page is saved in UTF-16 format (Content-Type: text/html (UTF-16 BOM, litte-endian)) in your text editor. The CSS file is sent as ISO-8859-1. Firefox fun to see all the files in the same encoding. The other pages are send as ISO-8859-1 and so use the CSS file. You will need to re - save this page as ISO-8859-1 and download the corrected version.

Stacking of elements of the issues on the web. The top item in a stack receives all mouse events (whether filled or completely transparent). In this case, it seems to be a text frame large on the top menu where carriage returns are be used to position the speakers 'CONFÉRENCE' and «We have an exciting...» "on the page. This block of text blocks mouse events to reach the menu.

I recommend using a block of text a lot more small "SPEAKERS" and a second block of text because "We have an exciting..." "If blocks of text are smaller their bounding rectangles will not interfere with your menu or other elements/links on the page.

  • When there are several tabs open, why the search always take place on the 2nd tab (first tab seems never to change the homepage) despite my selection of a different tab where to do a search on google?

I have Mozilla Firefox 10.0. When I open it, it opens properly on the homepage in the first tab. Once I have another, or several, tabs opened, any tab is active, your google searches, I immediately takes place at the No. 2. Do not count how many times I go to the tab for example 4 to search (because I would compare with the page Web open in a tab 2), but it does still today the Search tab 2. It's very irritating. It must be a setting that went pear-shaped, but where / who? Any suggestions? Thank you.

Try Firefox SafeMode to see how it works there.

A way of solving problems, which disables most of the modules.

(If you use it, switch to the default theme).

    • You can open the mode without failure of Firefox 4.0 + by pressing the SHIFT key when you use the desktop Firefox or shortcut in the start menu.
    • Or use the Help menu option, click restart with the disabled... modules while Firefox is running.

Do not choose anything at the moment, just use 'continue in safe mode.

To exit safe mode of Firefox, simply close Firefox and wait a few seconds before using the shortcut of Firefox (without the Shift key) to open it again.

If it's good in Firefox Safe mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to understand that one.

When find you what is causing that, please let us know. It might help others who have this problem.

  • My html table does not appear on the 2nd tab on the Panel (muse widget)

The same table works fine on the first tab, however when I try to click on the second table in the page mode or overview of the browser on browser, my table is not displayed. Tips to solve this problem?

If I get this right, you use the tabbed panel widget to display an HTML table in each of the tabs. If this is the case, please make sure that you insert the HTML content on each content area of the tab respectively. To check this, switch between tabs in design mode to check your content.

    Thank you

  • How to add bookmarks to the new tab page? Move a bookmark only opens the page in the new tab.

Just like the title says, I have problems of setting up my new tab page. I drag a bookmark (I tried the combo, the bookmarks toolbar and the library) to one of the rectangles, then opens the bookmark in the tab rather than pin it there. I tried with my normal configuration and with all the addons disabled, but the same thing happens anyway.

Are links to web pages on the internet because you can't pin local pages?

Make sure that you are not Firefox running in permanent private browsing mode (don't remember history).

    • Tools > Options > privacy > Firefox will be: "use the custom settings for history".
    • Uncheck the box: [] "always use the navigation mode private.
  • Can not reset the page to the new tab. Have tried everything listed on this site.

Somehow my the new tab page changed. Instead of the new default page its search.conduit tab. I tried to type in the topic: config in the address bar and changing the browser.newtab.url back to about: newtab but it won't save my changes. I can type in the new address, but as soon as I click ok it is still the search.conduit. I checked that I have no Add ons and any additional toolbar. I've tried everything.

You can check in "Windows Control Panel > programs ' recently installed programs see if something Conduit or any other suspicious software appears.

You can uninstall or disable the extension value Apps 1.3.0.2.

  • How to set the start page for the new tab page?

I have my boot settings to open my windows and tabs from last time. If I leave Firefox with one of the new tab page, the next time I start up my home page indicates. New windows displays the homepage too. I want my homepage to remain such what. I had defined it like that before and had no problem. It's always like that? Thank you.

If you always want to start with the subject: newtab page then you can open the properties of the desktop Firefox shortcut and add a space and: target newtab at the command line to specify from this page.

Otherwise, you start with the home page or the pages of the previous era as shown in the startup parameter.

A new window will always open by the home page unless you have an installed extension for that to change.
