  I use Hyperion Planning 11.1.2.1.
  When I go to help-> help on this topic, I get an error message. This happen with all assistance to Hyperion Planning, help from the workspace works very well.

  You go directly to the planning or through the workspace, you might try to deploy again, but I don't think it changes anything.
  If you go to planning through 8300 you probably get that error, if you go through the http server for example 19000 then you should see the help.

• 9.3.1 planning helps the installation...

  until now I worked on Essbase 9.3.1 on Windows XP so I installed the essbase server and essbase administration console so I was comfortable with them until now... but things have changed I started working on planning IE 9.3.1 so I have no idea before planning instalation can you all help me in installation planning 9.3.1

• Update plan help

  I bought the plan of photography for students of $9.99 per month beginning June, but now I need to change my plan to the FULL creative cloud in order to get all the applications I need for College. For students, the full is available for $19.99. When I click on change my plan, he said that I will receive a refund of $6 to my current plan and after the upgrade will pay $29.99 for my new plan.   I have 2 Hyperion Planning 9.3.1 configuring servers for applications of Finance and human resources. I want to copy the data from the application of human resources to finance one.
  
  I ODI 10.3.5 installation on a machine separate with Hyperion Planning card installed. In the topology Manager when I try to create a new database in Hyperion Planning Server, I do not see the Application (catalogue) and demand (the work catalogue) drop downs fill.
  
  I checked the RMI registry service running on the server of hyperion and port 11333 is also free.
  
  I'm new on ODI and I'm trying to set it up using Oracle guides.

  Again check your odiparams.bat file and make sure that there is no space located right after the encoded password, repository work name, username etc.

• Reassign the existing workflow - please help!

  We have an existing workflow who threw an error. We have fixed the backend code which translates the workflow that works now, but we have three existing WFs that we would like to spend. However, we receive the dreaded no error of the performer.
  
  I captured some screenshots here what we did to try to reallocate them that may or may not be correct. Please can anyone provide some tips so that the process does not have to be completely restarted?

  After changing my hard drive after a failure, I managed to copy all my stuff more, or so I thought. When I open iDVD, the application asks me to find the folder "themes." I don't have it. Apple no longer support iDVD so I was wondering if someone could help a copy?

  What version of iDVD you have?  You always have access to your old hard drive?  If so the folder you want to copy is named "iDVD" and will be located in one of two places:

  HD/Library/Application Support

  or

  User/Home/Library/Application Support.

  If you do not, you will need to get it by buying a copy of the diskette of iLife 09 of a 3rd party retailier as Amazon.com: ilife 09: softwareor eBay.com.  Why, because iDVD (and iWeb) has been abandoned by Apple for more than a year.

  Why iLife 09 instead of 11?

  If you buy an iLife disc in order to get the iDVD application do not forget the drive of iLife 11 provides only themes for iDVD 5-7.  Installs the software update is no longer the earlier themes to start from the disc iLIfe 11, or the accession of iDVD 7 available on the Apple Downloads site contain them.

  Export the slideshow in iPhoto under a QT sequence via the export button in the toolbar below.  Select size = medium or large.

  Once the project you want it save it as an image disk via the menu file → save as Disk Image . It will separate from the process of encoding of the burning process.

  To check coding mount the disk image, launch a DVD player and read it.  If it plays OK with DVD, encoding is good.

  Burn burn to disc with utility disk or toasts to the slowest speed (2 x - 4 x) in order to ensure the best quality.  Always use higher quality media: Verbatim, Maxell or Taiyo Yuden DVD-R are recommended in these forums.

• FDMEE - planning trusts

  Hi all

  Y at - it anyway to get FDMEE to join the management of the process in similar to how planning he joined him in HFM.  In other words, if a planning unit is favored by one owner to the next workflow planning examiner, is this possible owner to stop to load a file through FDMEE that promoted intersection?  In HFM, the user would receive an error message indicating "No Write Access for period...". ».  I was wondering if something similar exists for planning.

  My guess is no b/c, we had to provide the account admin as the Global user for access to the Application so that the user to correctly load data, but thought I would ask.  If not, what are the ways that you would block the data to be loaded via FDMEE in planning?

  There is no standard functionality for your application but you with creativity you can create a custom solution.

  Another language apart from the existing installation, it is to my knowledge is not possible. There is no such thing as a language module that can be installed on an existing installation, but you could ask Oracle Support to be sure.

  Otherwise, you can create the workaround solution described above.

• Retrieves a custom attribute and store it in a workflow attribute?

  Maybe I'm confused on this subject, but from the looks of it, I can't take the custom attribute that is retrieved using

  com.vmware.library.vc.customattribute.getCustomField)

  and assign it to an attribute of workflow for use later, or even check the value.

  From the looks of the workflow, it records only the value.

  Is it possible to natively in vRO?

  Are you trying to retrieve the custom attribute using the workflow "toget the attribute custom" (in the folder library/vCenter/Custom attributes )?

  If so, then Yes, this workflow only saves the retrieved attribute and does not return as an output parameter. You have the following options:

  • Write your own workflow to help "get the attribute custom" as a starting point. You can duplicate, then add a new parameter of type string and set it to the value of customAttributeValue.
  • Directly call the com.vmware.library.vc.customattribute.getCustomField () action in your script code and use its return value of string.

  Are you referring to a link in a notification of workflow?

  If Yes, then this link is an attribute of type URL display. You will need to open the workflow process in the workflow designer and check the message. You will see several attributes of the message and the (s) of TYPE URL will be the ones you want to check.

  Yes.

  There are features in vCO to renew the token. Unfortunately in 5.5.1 has disabled this feature, and the chips will not properly extended when they are about to expire.

  There is difficulty already in place which will be available in vCO 5.5.2. Possible workaround is to regularly restart the task to provide identification information or file a ticket at the ESG and patch is available. I'll check if this may be released in the form of KB article so that it is accessible to the public.
