  My iPhone will also turn off when you take a picture.

  Happens to me on a 6 s iPhone too.

  For me, it happens when I go out and have not used the phone for a while and pick up the phone to take a picture. It happened on a 5s iPhone in the past.

  There is also usually a cold day, no sub zero, but cold.

  It's especially annoying as when out and about, I usually don't have a power supply to plug the phone in.

  If I leave the phone for half an hour, the phone can be turned on again without going through a connecting the power supply and it shows a level of reasonable, green power, in the status bar, but it stops again, trying to take a photo.

  Which plugin you have configured to talk to your Virtual Center? the plugin 3.5 or 4.0 plugin? If you have used the plugin 4.0, you must use the library-> VC-> * workflow so that the correct objects get used.

  I m not quite sure what could be the reasons for this problem but as far as I know, you can assign the different parameters of basic installation of Power Saver, which could affect the performance of the laptops.
  For example; Control method of the CPU, the processing speed of the CPU, cooling method.

  Please check what power profile was chosen after that the AC adapter is plugged in and if necessary modify some parameters mentioned above.

  I searched high and low on this site and many others trying to understand what could be the problem without success. I am owner of a multitouch i7 8 GB X220t with the stock 250 GB hard drive.   Running an operating system on a USB stick is really slow because the USB ports are not very effective to transfer data.

  Now, if you had an ExpressCard with USB 3.0 ports and a USB 3.0 drive, you might be able to keep up reasonably well. I have not tested it myself, but the difference in the execution of a backup of my external SATA 3, 3 USB, HARD drive is incredibly fast compared to use it via the USB 2.0 connection.

  This could be worth in the future, considering you can get a USB 3.0 expresscard shell, disk HARD SATA 3 and 54mm, for cheap, close but not also have the security of the backup feature of cloned drive and rigour, the ability to run your entire operating system off the external drive.

  I forget exactly what I paid for that Setup, but I think the 750 GB SATA 3 was about $ 80, the expresscard (with two USB 3.0 ports) was about $ 40 and the sata 3 capable external tank designed for USB 3.0 and disk of the laptop was about $35.
