  Are you absolutely sure that Outlook is the default program?
  You want to check in the default programs window?
  Start button > Default programs > set your default programs > click on Microsoft Outlook.

  If not, click on choose default program > check mark on each entry in the list > save

  * edit - while POP accounts reconcile email deleted between your Pocket PC and the server, your problem is that your BlackBerry is NOT 'connected' to your Outlook 2007 on your PC. Only your email server is.

  If for example, with IMAP, you can delete an email from your Outlook and your outlook is set on then delete the email from the server, your BlackBerry will be 'reconciled' which remove on the handheld device as well. It will not work on the other hand (delete on BB > reconcile the removal on the server > but I do not think enamel is removed in Outlook.)

  All the features you need are functions of the BES accounts.

  I have been using Outlook 2000 with Windows XP Mode in Windows 7 Pro.

  I just bought Office 2013 Plus and I'm trying to set up my email accounts, using the same settings as my Outlook 2000 and use the same Outlook 2000 .pst file.

  The 2013 Outlook is installed in my side Win 7, not in XP Mode.

  I tried to uninstall/install my accounts e-mail several times and always get the following errors:

  Sending - 0X8004210B

  Home - 0 x 80040154

  I'll put my email as POP3 accounts

  Does anyone know what would be the problems? I went through a lot of discussion and many users have the same problems as mine. However, I tried several solutions suggested and none of them work.

  OK, I got it fixed.

  I did a REPAIR of Office 2013 and then did a restart. When I started Outlook, accepting them and sending work properly without any problem.

  I don't know why didn't think about it at first.

  I guess that sort of Office Outlook and Office was damaged and needed to be repaired. But it's a brand new facility (two days ago). I guess that things can happen even with a new facility.

  Recently had to upgrade to 2013 Outlook with Exchange Server and now can't sync my Bold 9900 with Desktop software. I managed to get e-mail through IMAP, but these are not binding although the link of my previous OWA (no status of reading or items removed and need to add a rule to forward messages sent from the device to my Outlook 2013)

  It would be useful that your Hotmail account you would send emails, but try this. Access your Outlook account and sign in. Once logged in, go to the top right corner beside your name is the gear for the settings icon. Click the icon and select the e-mail settings more.

  That in turn opens the Options dialog box. In these multiple parameters, you can (try to) unlock your Hotmail account, but also make them automatic transfer of your Hotmail mail to your Outlook e-mail account.

  If you use the Desktop Manager, in the e-mail settings on the Advanced tab, you save copy in the sent selected folder?  If you are on a BES, go to-> button Menu-> Options-> e-mail settings, Messages-> save copy in sent folder: Yes.
