  My problem is I have an iPod Touch 2 gen and when I plug in windows cannot detect it. If I go to post work is not in the list, or if I go to Device Manager, it is still not detected not even in portable devices or controllers Bus USB, but the iPod is charging. It happened after a restored building and now I need to connect it to iTunes, but it does not work. I tried with Windows 7, 8 and 10, and I don't know what to do at the moment.   • IPod Touch 2 appears in iTunes?
  • You receive an error message?

  This could be due to problem of incompatibility with iTunes. Given that iPhone 5s connects without any problems, you can refer to the suggestions provided by Apple in the link below.

  Please ensure that your Pen drivers are up-to-date. (check the manufacturer's Web site)

  Also, what exact version of Photoshop and Lightroom are you using?

  Search for graphics card drivers update as well.

• Desktop SMS and Windows Mail are not working together

  thought I'd post here here as having a few issues with my Windows Mail but my desktop computer suffers the same problems and on a Vista forum where I posted my problem a few very useful told me who to try to solve the problems.

  One of them suddenly realized I had said my laptop is a Toshiba, and apparently the Desktop SMS and Windows Mail are not working together so that the person suggested unless I use it to uninstall apparently amongst the technically trained its known that these two programs do not like each other and explain why my office is not the problem but the laptop don't.

  After you have reset the Touch of Windows Mail (tutorial on a site http://www.vistax64.com/tutorials/ vista) wood don't be put off by vistax64 as site 32 and 64 and followed great reset Windows Mail from Brink (do not restore all mail) then uninstalled Desktop SMS and touch of the drink no more mail questions that gave me problems almost every day with marking than reading/sending project messages.

  So had to click forward then remove those bits and complete the email to send and touch wood since doing these two things as soon as send an email to the box shipment or project to obtain the number of emails in parentheses, whereas before it wouldn't happen unless I closed the program and then reopened.

  Hoping that these solutions have solved my problem and wanted to share it with someone else who wants to read this thread and you recommend Vista 64 because they are all very useful there and speak in non-technical terms for those of us not technically trained.

• New number of window: URL ddoes not show and no toolbar boomarks

  Firefox works fine except when I open a new Firefox window. In the new window, the URL is not refreshed, and bookmarks that I have below the URL do not present.

  Note: Everything works perfectly when I have just the one FireFox window. The problem occurs only when I open a new FireFox window!

  If I type the URL, it shows OK. But if I do a Google search and then choose a page of the search results, the URL refreshes not - instead, it remains on the original URL, even though it shows the new news page.

  These problems occur only when I start a new window in FireFox. When there is just a window, everything works perfectly.

  Hi all, this is my first post so I hope that I chose the right place to post in.

  I just bought a new Toshiba Satellite u840-10n ultrabook. He joined WIndows 7 Home Premium 320 GB HHD + SSD of 32 GB.

  Even though I prefer Linux, I need Windows because of Microsoft Visual Studio. I downloaded Visual Studio (legally throught dreamspark.com), but it looks like it has some issues. In particular, I can't create any project.

  After searching the Web for this problem, I decided to try reinstalling Windows, hoping that this will solve the problem, and here's the point.

  Installation process of Windows 7 can not find any drive. I looked through the web a lot to solve this problem, even, without understanding.

  I read a lot of other people had the same problem. I tried different ways and I'm about to throw the laptop out the window.

  Is there anyone can help me?

  You need to load the SATA driver before you start the installation of the OS. Try it please use the files from http://www.fileswap.com/dl/igfH0jVrap/

  I used it on my Win8 preinstalled satellite to install Win7 64 bit. Copy it to USB and install from there.

  I could not install windows 7 because of this issue. I tried to load the drivers for the installation of RAID, it indicates the specified location does contain information about your hardware. Although I downloaded the driver from the website of intel (the link you provided).

• Windows Vista Service Pack 2 causes the message "Windows install will not be accessible".

  I am running Windows Vista with all the updates installed but Service Pack 2. I uninstalled Service Pack 2 because it was causing problems with the windows installation service. I was unable to install microsoft office update because the windows installer could not be accessed, and Adobe Acrobat Reader could not be repaired or updated for the same reason.

  With installed Service Pack 2, I traveled all troubleshooting for the windows service install. I have a click with the right button on my computer, manage, service and open the properties of windows install. I have activated the service, but still couldn't install the updates Microsoft office or Adobe Acrobat Reader update/repair. I also tried to configure windows install automatic rather than manual when the computer starts.

  I had the problem "Windows install is not be available" for nearly a year. After trying to do a repair Vista boot without result, I uninstalled all updates. The problem disappeared. I decided to install the updates one by one. After you have installed Service Pack 2, the problem with windows install returned. The Service Pack installs completely and then open my computer properties indicates that Vista runs with Service Pack 2 installed.

  Uninstall Service Pack 2 and blocking automatic updates will not install it was my only solution to the issue of "Windows install is not be accessible". I fear that it may cause a security flaw in my computer, however.

  If someone has encountered this problem, and if so, is there a solution to install Service Pack 2 for my windows service install still works correctly?

  Applications, (Norton and McAfee) are known to not uninstall (or upgraded) themselves. Composition of such problems, Geek Squad is also infamous for having failed to download/run the Norton removal tool before installing another AV app or security suite! The 'leftovers' Norton may have caused your post-SP2 installation problem.

  1. download the Norton Removal Tool, save it to your desktop: ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/english_us_canada/removal_tools/Norton_Removal_Tool.exe

  2. close all open applications (that is, anything with an icon on the taskbar).

  3. click right on the file saved in #1 above, and then select run as administrator to run the utility. DO TAP not your keyboard until the race ends, then restart.

  4. open Internet Explorer (only) to http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971058 & run it in DEFAULT and modes difficulty then AGGRESSIVE. [1]

  5. restart & test (i.e. display SP2 & install it again). [2]

  TIP: Temporarily disable Sunbelt Vipre Antivirus before installing SP2. If you still encounter problems after installing SP2 again, open a free support by my previous response incident.

• My non-genuine copy of windows 7 came not not ebay but Fry Electronics in Concord California... They are scammers too, look at you Microsoft, not their small business.

  Same problem as thousands of other customers, I bought Windows 7 in a sealed box from Microsoft, not eBay, but Fry Electronics in Concord, Ca., nothing anywhere on a 3 month license, after 6 months the pop Pinault up begins.  Someday someone will come up with a viable alternative to Windows and the way that you intimidate your customers, what will be the end of Microsoft and all their little unpaid helpers! FIX IT!
