XINPUT1_3.dll and D3dx9_42.dll missing

What exactly should I do?  I have the 64-bit with Windows 7 32 bit processor.  I checked and it says I have version Directx 11.  I don't know a lot about computers so if anyone knows what to do... Please write steps exactly what I do.  Thanks much for any help you can give me.

You must download and install the latest updates of the site DirectX9:

DirectX9 is still required by many programs.

What you probably need is the DirectX Runtime June 2010... This is an optional set of DirectX files, which one is be the one you need...

After downloading the full package, double-click it. This will bring the self-extracting package...

Don't forget to note where it is saved.

  • wczdlg.dll and netshell.dll missing and cannot start my Windows Firewall

    Hi all
I hope that someone will be so good to help my with this situation I tried (and failed) solve this past week or so.

I lost my firewall, l, and network connections.  As advised I checked the status of the automatic Wireless Configuration.  The State was "arrested" and was not a solution for this.  I continue typing applications for a solution ot wczdlg.dll and netshell.dll missing.   Now I can sign BT.openzone - it's the only way I can use the web.

Also I can't start my Windows Firewall.  I have no idea why my system is so badly damaged - the only situation I had was that my charger no longer works and my laptop crashed.  I also brought my laptop (HP compaq nc4200-Xp) to my daughter.
I don't have a recovery disc and the disc I have with drivers does not download.  I would be grateful for any resolution of this problem.    I'm only a moderate ad user have no knowledge regarding the actual system so need advice step by step.
    Thank you very much

    Hello Lscherr,

Thank you for your message.  To clarify, you are able to print out your design program?  You can try to perform a clean boot and printing of your design program.  A clean boot will start your computer without any 3rd party applications, you can then start your design software and test the printing functionality.  If you are able to print, the problem may be caused by another application of part 3.  Click HERE for instructions to boot.

I think I understand what you're asking, but what current DAQmx driver use you with LV 2010?  Only the 9.1.5 and above drivers are compatible with LV 2010, while many of the old drivers will still work for you in LV 8.6.  Below, I have linked an array of DAQmx driver compatibility and Labview versions.

    Hi TonyMagsino,

    (1) since when are you facing this problem?

    (2) what is the complete error message you receive?

Method 1: Enable the boot and then check if the problem persists

Follow step 1 in the link below,
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

If everything works well after a clean boot, you can deduce that some third-party services are at the origin of the problem.

Continue with the remaining steps to pin-point on the third party service.

  • xinput1_3.dll error

I recently had this error with windows 7 64 bit

whenever I try to run several games I get the error message:
"C:\Windows\system32\XINPUT1_3.dll is not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try to install the program by using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or support software provider. »
the games that I had this error with are:

    • The witcher 2
    • Skyrim
    • Assassins creed brotherhood
    • Revelations of assassins creed
    • Crysis 2
    • Batman Arkham city
    • BlackLight compensation
    • America's army 3
    • ARMA 2
    • Test Drive Unlimited 2
    • Kingdom of Amalur: Reckoning
    • Microsoft Flight Simulator

However, some games work such as: battlefeild 3, Teamfortress 2 and Deus ex.

This error is really annoying because I had to play the games that do not work on my old copy of windows xp (32 bit) and do work on that.
I have had this error since I've upgraded to windows 7 in October and I tried
    • Reformatting
    • Reinstall Direct X
    • Reinstall the drivers for graphics cards
    • Reinstall the games
    • Contact Microsoft technical support by phone
    • Googling the problem

and I've yet to find a solution to the problem.

I would appreciate it if you could help with the problem.
Oh and btw my pc specs incase you need them are:
    AMD Athlon ii 2.2Ghz
    5 GB of ram
    ATI Radeon 5570
    Windows 7 64 bit

When, as in this case, you have exact filename DX, an option to correct the
reported as corrupted file is to go to the.
System32 and SysWOW64 folders, find and delete relevant files
    (remember to do both).
Then run Setup of Web Direct X and it will replace the files that you deleted
    with fresh copies.

The Web Installer does not overwrite the original files, when you don't know the file name/number so it is best to use the
Direct X end-user Runtimes (2010) Redistributable (connected by Sanmartin).
This will overwrite existing files of DX with the same name as those in the installer.

The Web Installer must be run now and again for the latest updates of June 2010 and soon after installing or reinstalling Windows.

There are a lot of files Direct X. Different games use different files.

BTW - RAM mismatched (500 GB) running can decrease the performance of RAM. If you are running two sticks of 2 GB and two 512 MB, you can find performance would be actually better with only two sticks of 2 GB.
RAM is historically very cheap these days. If you want to benefit from the 64-bit operating system go to two 4 GB sticks. 8GB is currently around $45-, but realistically, with a HD5570 4 GB should be enough.
