  I understand that you have downloaded macOS Sierra, but are not able to install it, because you are told that the download was corrupted. In a situation like this, the next step would be to remove existing installation application download and re - download.
  

  Applications downloaded from the App Store: click on the Launchpad icon in the Dock, hold the application icon until all the icons begin to jiggle, then click on the button to remove the application. If you later want the app, you can reinstall it on the App Store.

  If you do not have Launchpad on your Dock, you can access your Applications folder in the Finder menu reach > Applications. Once in the application, find install it macOS Sierra app, click once to select it, open the file menu > move to the trash.   Same thing here!  Try to install it on a client PC and got the same error. Even tried to download to disk memory on a separate computer.  Got the same error and the 32-bit version does not work with a 64 bit system...

  Hello perdomoff, a fix for this problem should happen in firefox 26. in the meantime, you could also install the current development version of the pdf viewer, which is available as addon from http://mozilla.github.io/pdf.js/extensions/firefox/pdf.js.xpi and that should already contain the fix.

  That on the said. When I download a file filename.xls to Yahoo Groups. When downloaded by anyone, including me, the file is corrupted. Hex?

  I can download the file with Internet Explorer and which works very well. I can download with Google Chrome and it works very well. I have not yet tried Opera, but I'm very confident that will also work.

  That's right, uncompressed and uncorrupted. This page was made with Dreamweaver CS4.

  This is bad, compressed and sometimes is corrupted. This page was made with Dreamweaver CS5.5.

  If you are on Safari then just go to "View/View Source" to see the difference in code between the two links above page.

  The compression seems to happen after you download it on the site and only with Dreamweaver CS5.5.  I removed and re-downloaded Dreamweaver three times previously, and still the problem remains.  This problem occurs with other pages with some code is used no matter how simple or complex.

  Your solution was correct all along!

  When I first reset my "Format of Code" in the preferences and applied "LF (Unix)" or "CR LF (Windows)", I use a newly created page, but a page previously formed to download so I don't see any change.  I realize my mistake and see that each page should be created with the parameter 'Format of Code' given from the beginning, and that just because I change the "Format of Code" in my preferences does not mean it will apply to all previously created pages.  All of the previously created pages will be inherit the settings of 'Format of Code' of that time.

  Use the commands > apply Source format, to fix the problem for all existing documents that are affected.  The problem has been resolved and I can now download without compression or corruption.  Thanks to all who helped!

  I think that this file is not damaged. What you are trying to install is not the full version but, I think, just a patch which can be installed if the full version is already installed on your system.

  If it does not, in the same Adobe folder where OOBE is, there is another one called AAMupdater. Delete too and then restart the desktop creative cloud application.

  A few of us at my work have tried to download the TUHRA code downloads (https://tuhra2.samplecode.oracle.com/servlets/ProjectProcess?pageID=xL5gyF) - Chapter 19, phase V for example - and may get them to decompress. We tried on different computers using different unzip utilities and we tried to upload different files zipped page. Others have this problem? Is there a different download site?
