XP Setup won't find disc?

I'm trying to reinstall XP after having a few problems which resulted in me having to format the drive. I created an active partition with Super Fdisk with Fat 32 partition. However when I try to run the XP Installer I get a message that XP does not find the disk. What can I do?

Thank you

Tony

Delete the partition that you created and then boot from the XP installation disk to use XP built in partition and formatting features.
