  Support staff of Sony is useless and I have to say that the level of support is terrible. If my trip can be reduced to this:

  Phone does not > software does not > Web site works not > when I finally support is useless.

  Figured it out myself but spend too many hours in the process.

  I solved my problem

  Here, it's solve:

  I plug my phone into the adapter charging (NOT FROM PC) and on the screen after that some time is displayed "SONY" newspaper. On the FAST program I get mobile and connect it with the USB to the pc. After that, I hold power and the volume up button. I hold until the phone vibrates three times. After that the led is green, and I supported the volume button.

  I have my mobile from scratch upadted. Updated, I used http://www.sonymobile.com/gb/tools/update-service/ .

  My laptop turn off, but I do popular step above again and agin until the software is completely downloaded. After that it installs the software successfully.

  When all finished I plug on charging, after minut or two battery display. I press the power button / stop and voala started and work very well smoothly and well.

  I think it will be useful for the other.

  I just met a problem with my touch screen not working not, which was my fault. After panic because I had no way to access the Tablet, I dug an old USB keyboard and connected the Note 8 with a StarTech.com 5 in Micro USB to USB OTG Host Adapter that I got on amazon.com to connect the tablet to something else some time ago. After completing the connection I could then access the Tablet and correct the error to retrieve my touch screen.

• Xperia X10a does not blink

  I tried for months to go from 2.1 to 2.3.  While using Flashtool, I get to the point where I wonder to hold the back button and connect to my PC.  When I do this the computer will emit 3 beeps and the green light on the phone.  However, the screen on the PC continues to show the image of USB connection to the PC as if nothing has been connected yet.  It's as if my phone is not recognizing that it is connected.  Could there be something wrong with the back button?  It works very well for functions that I need for using the phone.  Is there another way I can get this upgrade?  It is not updated by my provider.  Thanks for the help.

  1) go to the MOUSE in Control Panel

  2) click 'setting '.

  3) click "Setting".

  (4) check the box 'Tapping '.

  (5) click on apply
