  I am buying an Alpha since early December of the Canada. I know this is supposed to be a forum of USA customer care but I can't find the same thing for the Canada.

  Long story short, I have real problems getting a response or the same service the customer among the support persons to Canada until now. Either I don't have answers to my questions at 1/2 or I do not even have the answers when I was told they would.

  No chance, I could order it from us and get it delivered here? Even if I pay extra for shipping.

  It's really frustrating and lasting for more than 4 months. In 4 months, I couldn't get a straight answer when the Alpha will be available again.

  You could get the steam engine which is the Alpha but with Steam OS.  You will need to provide your own keyboard and mouse, and the Windows operating system license, but maybe it's a solution.

  I have an itunes library that contains 20 GB of songs. I used to sync my library of music manually on my iphone so my iphone contained 14 GB of music.

The songs I used to sync with my iphone has a "local version" and the songs that I chose to not synchronize with the iphone are appearing as a 'cloud' with the symbol cloude version so that they not use my iphone storage.

  All of this is great. But - that's the problem: now, when I connect my iphone to my computer and enter in the music sync iphone settings, I can't change like before sync settings because I use the music to icloud service.

  There are also restrictions imposed by Apple.

  Not sure if WebExtensions will be an option.

  Well, I just don't get this one.  This problem has been irritates me for some time... the upgrade to App World V2 makes no difference.

  I have an opinion on App World that a couple of my purchased apps are available updates.  I connect with my BB ID and access the App World page and click on the upgrade link.  App World tells me that the application already exists, I want to replace version 1 with version 1.1.  I hit 'yes '.  The bar and download activity starts... and a second later he tells me "[the app] is not available for download from Blackberry App World."

  What happens on two of my apps.  I can download free applications and install them correct, but for some reason, the updates fail as described.  I tried to delete an application and reinstall it from scratch, but that failed too with the same error message.  The apps most definitely those there _are_ on App World...

  Oh, and Yes, I did a battery [often] pull closed and open App World [also several times] as well as removing and reinstalling the App World [V1 and V2].  This behavior has persisted also leave before my last OS update.

  Good... thanks to a tip I had on another forum, I created a new BlackBerry ID with my old password and e-mail address, as my old PayPal information.

  After doing that I could download my app to the point dead and all updates seems to be well... my license and registration of data carried over the new code.

  I don't know if this will fix the other problems, but it seems to have worked for this problem... it's another avenue to try before making a lot of their removal and in all cases.

  The concept of an 'upgrade' version is removed. All versions of Windows 8.1 will be full versions. This version can be used to upgrade or installed on a blank disc with no earlier versions of Windows.
