Y at - it no Adobe staff who is higher than cat staff who can help me please?
I have a problem with the AI.
Whenever I click on chart of the styles he breaks down.
-J' posted here a few weeks back.
-I did ALL trouble shooting, uninstall, reinstall, wipe, clean up, etc.
-J' called helps Adobe and have been put on hold for about 2 hours and had to hang on.
-J' did 2 cat Adobe connect sessions
First one was 2 hours long and the guy did a ton of stuff: installation, relocation, by looking at the error report, etc. He really looks like he knew his stuff. But at the end for all this. There was no positive outcome, it still crashed. The result was that he said 'Give me a day to get head around' it was two weeks ago. I email him daily. He answered me once and tried to call me, I missed the call by seconds and sent him immediately right back and have not heard from him since. I have him send every day.
Second session which was earlier tonight same thing long about 2 hours. I told him everything that has been done before (uninstall, reinstall, reboot, etc.) and I had another session before and it still crashes. He said ok and then he uninstalled and reinstalled it, after that I just told him that I did and the other guy, Adobe has already tried that. So, I have a slower internet and it takes a bit of time to re - download I. So we did and guess what? Plant again, exactly the same problem - did us just wasting time.
The result here is says 'I wish I had my team to watch and I'll get back to you' hmmm I heard than before. So still not fixed. And I bet that I receive back this guy either.
-Are there any staff member of Adobe that is higher in the scale that staff on the cat from Adobe that can help me? And will not make me do the same 2 or 3 Troubleshooting things over and over again, even after I tell them that I did these things many times before and it still does not solve the problem. I really, really need this problem soon. Please someone help me. I really like Adobe and it's the first time I had a problem with their software like this (where I had to reach their support) and I do not speak ill of people or a company, but I'm really disappointed in their support so far.

Well, I was on the phone for another hour with support level 2 technical. This man seemed to know his stuff.
Monika Gause , you are right, they have to do with shadow. It freezes and blocks when you hit the graphic styles, but also when you try to apply the drop shadow. So we did a lot of things, but nothing fixed it.
Solution: we arrived:
Is basically what dandid said to a previous stable version download. So I download 2014 CC and graphics and shadow styles works very well for me.
He also said it is a known problem with some people with processors intel core 2 duo and that Adobe knows about it, but they have no eta when a fix will be available.
So not the best result, but at least it's some kind of result.

Have you tried to reinstall and your preferences of compensation? If you have, you might want to try again but use the cleanup tool after uninstalling:

Indians kept constantly calling and convinced me to sign up and they would protect my computer for a fee (which I paid by credit card), they were very convincing even had control of my cutsor. Why always a message in Oulook Express that the recipient of this message is not digitally signed, and then another one saying unencrypted and I click send anyway. How can I remove all this and just be able to send directly to who I want? When Outlook is genrating and alert error there are no detaisl provided on the error.
Start over. First eliminate interference antivirus (see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3). After that go to file | Identities and editing and new identity. Set up your e-mail account to the$ T, and then use the settings they specify on their website for OE and also told you to support. (OE can connect and send to THE$ T, there is therefore no clear 'bug' with OE towards them). See if it works then.
