Hi, this is my first question/post so please bear with me.
I have a Tour 9630. My provider is Verizon. Verizon has unlocked the phone so I can use the simcards from other countries. I'm in Costa Rica and have a Costa Rica 3 G SIM card as it moves from 2 G to 3 G. I have several friends who have iphones and 3G chips. They all work and show the network is 3G. But my turn shows that it's using the old system of GMS 2 G and he does not see the new 3G network. Why not? Is there something I can do to fix this?

According to the description its sounds like you are trying to change the language settings for the web browser.
If you are using Internet Explorer, version of Internet Explorer you are using?
I suggest you to read the following steps if you are using Internet Explorer:
a. open Internet Explorer.
b. click on tools and select Internet Options.
c. in the general tab, select the languages option.
d. Select the language.

That plugged while battery drain
While playing some games like The Witcher 3, I noticed that my computer is attractive power adapter can provide. Thus, the charge indicator start to Flash several colors indicating the same.
I know that some people have suggested buying a 240 watt adapter, but I am not even listed by Dell as an adapter suitable for my system. Can anyone provide me with the number of the card? Also, would be that covered by warranty because my computer is only one month (bought from Dell)?
Just a quick follow-up. Call technical support and less than 10 minutes, they had a replacement AC adapter ordered for me. FYI, they are suffering on 240 watts now adapters so that they send me a 330 Watt adapter. If you need an adapter to upgrade, call early to get a big!
Aside, excellent technical support. They are very friendly people and Costa Rica.

The syntax Checker bug with long PHP functions.
I have two differrent pages that give the same type of bugs when opening the page with Dreamweaver CS5. I built a web application with PHP, HTML, CSS, MySQL and Javascirpt. There are many forms throughout the site and many forms are very long. For these specific pages that give a syntax error HTML form is inside a PHP for loop to repeat a desired number of times. I checked that there is not a syntax error, and the page works perfectly without php, html, css or javascript errors. The syntax error goes away if I close the loop PHP earlier in the script, but then I have actually a syntax with PHP and dreamweaver error says my code is perfect?

but I know full and well that there is no error in this line of code or the code. There seems to be a bug with the syntax checker in Dreamweaver CS5. I don't know if this error would show most recent Dreamweaver versions, like everything I have is CS5. Thanks for the help of anybodies that can verify this bug or spot an error in my code.
If I change the "wrong" line of the code of

Then the syntax error will disappear in Dreamweaver, but PHP error: "{Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '}' in /path_to_my_file/my_file.php on line 499" will then appear

The symbol for ´´yen´´ is no longer in the 10.0.2 IOS and it is part of my code to open my ipad air 2. Instead, Apple made some changes in the keyboard and included our symbol of the currency of Costa Rica. How can I get?
On the on-screen keyboard, press the '123' button, then press "#+=" and you should see the Yen sign (A Y with a sign = top)

I think it's a problem with Verizon.
