I press next to enter my password it is accepted. seconds after the drop falls again ask for the e-mail address and the password again. This time, I get the loading wheel which runs forever.   I guess it's a matter of hotmail/live mail.  Probably, your access is lost, and everything you had on it is lost to you.  Whatever you had backups are what you have to remember all that by.

  A couple of weeks, it exploded and, when you try to turn it on, only the red light was on while the screen is off. I brought in a Blackberry service center and today they gave it back saying that it cannot be corrected.

  600 euros wasted after 28 months.

  I am a single BB client since 2005 (with the old 8700) and I am really disappointed with such a bad customer service.

  Is there anything else I can do? (Other than buying an iPhone?)

  The phone was finally repaired. It seems there was an infiltration (even if I'm not Recalling the cases in which it may have wet). An internal Committee was replaced and now it works.
