  I started a conversation with the support, they took control of my PC and that fixed it.  Was not fast, but they basically reset the PS preferences.  They made sure to back up all my custom templates, forms, actions, etc., before be reset and it worked.

I have some small print sizes taken pictures, but my family is stubborn and won't pay for the package that its price is really very (photos of graduation). They would rather not buy it even if they want commemorative pictures as a souvenir. This company we are with is very difficult and will not sell unique photos (wants us to buy photos packed) so my family means forget it. But I don't know that they really want.   Suggest you follow the steps below:

  • Quit and restart Photoshop
  • Open a file to print
  • Go to the file menu > print hover over with your mouse and hold down the SPACEBAR > This will open the menu print and resets the print Photoshop preferences.
