  I face some trouble with my macbook 2014 mid pro since the installation of el capitan. Generally, the problem starts when the mac is in mode 'sleep'. Then I turn it on and want, for example on a site. It's like when I do and the page begins to accumulate, the mac restarts. But I am not able to determine what software causes this problem, as it appears irregular and with different programs, for example, Skype, Safari, etc. of Crome. It occurs as a few seconds after that I woke up the Mac - not during normal operation.

  I did some research online to find out what is happening. I guess its what Apple calls a "kernel panic" but I'm not able to identify how to solve this problem. As you can imagine, I would appreciate not to implement the entire system again. My plan was now to uninstall the installed step by step software, check which could cause these disorders. Do you think it would be a good approach?

  Because you don't properly stop the disc before removing it, you burned her FAT (File Allocation Table that each player has). Your files are still there, but they can only be read by the 'normal' software... think of a hard drive as a subdivision... formatting a disk (any drive) is like the ranking of all sectors which will be the roads and determine where the accommodation structures (folders) can be placed. When a fat gets grilled, all the rankings and roads disappeared suddenly... but the housing is still there. Recovery software puts the ranking and roads back.

  Is there a software that I used to be called "Rescue" that worked fine on the old disk to FAT32. Costs $60 but it was cheaper than $1000 than for a customer who had sprayed a server hard drive (and replaced their backup before calling me, long story, lesson learned client and I learned the value of disaster planning... but I digress), I was at another time.

  IOM how can I determine which users have "revoke if applies" defined on any of their policies? I can't see where it is set on the policy itself, but this setting appears to follow user not politics. I want to say, if I apply a policy to a user, even if this flag is set, then turn off the flag and remove the policy from the user, the resource is always cancelled even if politics is going not to do. I need to find in the database this setting (strategy/user) storage so I can't disable it on all users who still have on any of their policies.

• You can use pfile instead of spfile with automatic shared memory management

  I decided to use the pfile instead of spfile method, because you can make comments in the file pfile. This became very useful however I think that I might be giving up some things.
  
  I want to know if I can use Automatic Shared Memory Management with a pfile.
  
  Also you can make to change the pfile to the database file. Example:
  change the system {some parameter} scope =... I would like here to pfile.
  
  Is this possible. I don't want to have to keep switching back, and I don't want to lose what I put in the pfile file. I read a great article in Oracle magizine on best practices for Oracle and one of them was to not use the spfile. Now, I can't find the article.

  feature managent automatic memory or dynamic SGA , can not be used when you
  use pfile as meathod initialization of the instance. To use the dynamic SGA feature you
  must use the spfile.
  As you know the current status or the size of the SGA is determined by the
  Parameter SGA_TARGET , and when you want to change the size of the SGA for instnace this setting
  must be updated dynamically without restarting the ORACLE SERVER.

  And as a pfile cannot be updated by the ORACLE SERVER, it must be changed manually.
  so you cannot use automatic memory management while you use startup pfile.
