I just wanted to watch some free transmission of game of football from a free source (tv Pública) began indicating that I don't have the software install. - lies - I've seen before.

Then, for reasons of time, I agreed to download and install - but by the time wherever I downloaded all the conditions, the game was over. So I decided to uninstall it, that

I don't like not for microsoft products anymore. They have become too lax in the love of the powerful dollar, in selecting or approving add on third or fourth party software on any operating system.

Especially from there else I wouldn't trust microsoft as a signature certificate legitimate lies marketed in order to obtain the resale and then the data flow information.

  • Is there a limit on the number of times you can use a disk operating system Windows 8 pro?

So I got an operating system disk with my laptop, I used a disc of Windows 7 on it. My brother has used the disc 8.1 on its newly build pc, it worked. When I tried on my new pc it says that some files are missing or damaged. I wonder now if you can only use it once.

    Hello

You can use several times on THE same machine. You can install on many machines, but you can turn on a SINGLE machine. In your case, the system thinks you want to update and it will not work. You must purchase the upgrade dics (DVD).

    Kind regards.

Crashed my MOBO and I'm trying to replace the mobo and processor to upgrade the system.  I was running XP and is considering upgrading to Windows 7.  Since I have to reload Windows XP and the loss of everything on the hard drive, I plan to replace the HD.  Can I go directly to 7 or what I need to load XP first and then upgrade?

First, you must decide whether to buy Windows 7 as an upgrade CD or a full commercial license holder.  A full retail version costs more than a version upgrade.  However, if you buy Windows 7 with full commercial license, you will avoid potential problems, as there is certainly no need to re - install Win XP.

A clean install is always preferable to an upgrade, and in all cases, it is not possible to upgrade directly from Windows XP to Windows 7.  Even if you use a CD 'upgrade', you will need to perform a "Custom" or new installation of Windows 7.  A custom installation replaces not only Windows XP. It also replaces everything on the hard drive.

In the past, you can use a CD to upgrade - to perform a new installation of a newer operating system.  For example, if you inserted a CD with version upgrade of Windows XP, the process could find a precedent (and real installation of Windows 98).  If this search detected Windows 98, the CD would be upgrading Windows 98 to Windows XP.

If the search has not detected a previous installation of Windows 98 (on a new hard drive or recently formatted), it could prompt the user to insert his old CD of Windows 98.  After checking the validity of the Windows 98 CD, the CD 'upgrade' would continue the installation of Windows XP - as a new installation.

According to the Microsoft website, all editions of Windows XP are eligible for an upgrade to Windows 7 - so if you use Win XP on your PC, Microsoft recommends that you buy a package labeled "Upgrade".  However, I don't know if the previous procedure will allow you to perform a new installation of Windows 7 on a new hard drive.  If this isn't the case, you might need to reinstall and validate Windows XP first, simply to confirm your eligibility for the upgrade version.
