  Hi Thomas, take a look at the controls of the project base SKU BPs (minutes and Actions items specifically). MM topics auto-crée records of HAVE and is configured to support your use case I think... It is using a combination of "previously assigned" on the approval of follow-up action step (assignees = "all users of the project") and also the function "filter assignee" to filter the list of "all the users of the project" down to 1 assignee (based on the value OF 'Login username', i.e. that you have added to the online meeting item minutes that generated automatically during the recording of the AI was created.)   Open as copy didn't work so I decided to go back to the previous version (I always do a new document when the customer sends the next set of amendments) and re-done about 5 hours of work, but now I have an updated version that does not keep crashing and with cross-reference works really well. Thought it would be better that send on you because I assumed that no one would be able to determine what was causing the document crashing to the point 57 percent of idml creation or when you click the mark button table of contents.

  I guess that the 57% point INDD works on the table of contents, or cross-references or those dratted variables that cause any document down if the text that contains is selected. This is a bug that I wish Adobe would fix pronto. Only occurs on Mac not PC of CS5 version apparently computers.

  TAB through the fields that exist. It is the function of the TAB.

  Otherwise you could never use TAB to go out in a field for example: subject. It would create an indefinate number of fields and are unable to function as a TAB key.

  TAB does not back to THE fields,
  New crests to THE fields or donkey typing/selection enter/return address, you can use the selection of mouse click.

  On the Start Menu, open Control Panel and open the customization.  Click on the link of the screensaver at the bottom right of the window and in the next window, set the time in the box waiting tittled.  When you have set the desired time, click on apply to save the changes.

  I suggest you to check the FND_NODES table

  1) connect to SQLPLUS as the APPS user and execute the following statement:

  Select CONCURRENT_QUEUE_NAME in the FND_CONCURRENT_QUEUES where CONCURRENT_QUEUE_NAME like '% FNDSM ';

  (2) If you have found that FND_NODES table with entries incorrect node (old node from the Source Instance), and then run the query to clean below

  EXEC FND_CONC_CLONE. SETUP_CLEAN;
  COMMIT;

  (3) then run AutoConfig on all stages, firstly on the DB layer then APPS and webtiers levels to repopulate the necessary system tables,

  and make sure that you are now able to see the correct entries in the FND_NODES table and start the application services.
